I've finally made an arcanist after avoiding it for so long since I knew it would overshadow my main character– a sorc. And I was right.
Now, I constantly feel how my main character is at a constant disadvantage, even with multiclassing, compared to the base game arcanist. I can only hope that the refresh covers this, but if it doesn't, it's a little agonizing to know my main character can't reach the same level of content (I play solo in group content) as a side character who means nothing to me.
I think an option to change classes is almost a necessity, especially if the class refreshes end up butchering people's characters.
The reality is that many one-bar players can't even be bothered to learn a basic rotation, let alone understand actual fight mechanics. They tend to outrange the healer, missing out on crucial heals and buffs. What’s even more frustrating is the 'fake healers'—one-bar players who queue as healers but contribute absolutely zero utility to the group beyond spamming a single heal.
We are still in the process of testing today's incremental patch. We are working on additional tests for Season Zero launch on Thursday, so we are extending today's maintenance to 2pm EDT/18:00 UTC. Thank you for your patience as we continue maintenance.
The class reworks already have a tight schedule to keep. So adding a new skill line to each class will not be possible at this time. It's something we could consider a little down the line, but will not be possible at the moment. However, we will have class mastery perks to help those running their original class.
My firesong druid; one with usual clothes and the other with hide chest to show body marks (might as well use a short skirt to show leg tatoos)
By the way, I use two dk skills lines and green balance. Super fun healer to play.
It's the least tedious of the three original Jester's Festival quests.
It takes you like 3 seconds to sneak behind the basket and steal the apples. You didn't sneak properly, and so you got spotted while stealing, and then you get a bounty for it; it's really that simple. If you don't want the bounty, then sneak and steal properly.
There is also a very straightforward path from the pig to the Jester King; just mount up and ride.
