Free pull sets have no place in PvP environments.
lol the alt account to call it a free pull set again is hilarious, but let's try this again, how is a 5 piece set a "free" pull? One requires you to aim it with a 25 second cooldown and use an AoE skill, the other has n 8 second cooldown and requires you to be in melee range. They are also both delayed.
Also no, we wouldn't remove the sets with cooldowns on them that have a higher opportunity cost and call it a day when the skill that desyncs more often than any other skill or set is jav and it can be used every single second.
Many people, me included, have tried to explain you where you went wrong. Not agreeing with my conclusion does not make it faulty. Each paraphrase was plucked from this thread. I did not make the statements, I surmised them from the limited information / views provided.
Yet you were compelled to write quite a bit before that comment. Why write so much if everything you say can be ignored?I did not respond to your words because my last paragraph stated I was no longer interested in the issue of group dungeons, trials, arenas or anything else that is regulated by over-zealous players rather than game conduct codes.
Team got bombed once (only succeeded due to damage sigil) and promptly gave up. Three or four players immediately started to sacrifice themselves without even drawing weapons. Imagine giving up on a three-sided DM after a single wipe.
''4. People just give up a lot sooner because they can no longer fight for second place.''
In 3-team BGs they would have sat in spawn while the two better teams fought below them, picking them off if they decided to jump down or step to close to the edge.
Or I could have just healed their way out of the sandwich, thus forcing enemy teams to occupy the same space if they chose to pursue us (using one team against the other).
