I will forever believe that ZOS knows exactly what is causing the performance issues in Cyrodiil. They've fixed them before in the past, most noticeably when they replaced the PC NA server hardware. But we also used to get better performance for MYM/Whitestrakes that would magically get better for the event, then drop back to normal after the first maintenance after the MYM event. ZOS knows what changes they would make to make this happen.
If ZOS doesn't know exactly what is causing the performance issues and how to fix them then they are not the AAA studio they'd have us believe they are. So enough of the gas lighting and misdirection. (vengeance) ZOS just needs to make the investments they know will bring performance back to historically established levels with the same population caps we used to enjoy.

I suggest that all PvP players support this post. We will all benefit if at least a few players return to the game.
Communities don't benefit from having wrong-doers released from detention who are unreformed and unrepentent.

I definitely disagree with an amnesty. That's just too broad giving how many people may have been banned, for how many different offenses.
An appeal could be made after x amount of time, and based on behavior. If you're just committing the same offenses on other accounts, absolutely not. That is the justice system at work.
If you've been banned, multiple times for the same offense, I think that's a personal problem and should not even be considered for appeal, let alone amnesty.
I have more time in PVP than I do in PVE, don't be petty and you'll never have to worry.

Going to avoid speaking for Nick and the rest of leadership in this instance. They should have the opportunity to answer the question of crossplay themselves when they have an opportunity to speak with the player base. However, we should note, Rich was on a podcast earlier in the year, noting that the team is interested in crossplay. The hang-ups are investigating what would be impacted by implementing crossplay and the time to scope out appropriate fixes for those impacts. But it was something on the table for investigation. Both Rich and Matt talked about that.

I think there's value in circling these comments back to the forums or somewhere official. You've said in the past the forums can't be news round up. There's value in changing that approach, given how much information and insight happens outside of here, and relates to many of the topics and concerns expressed here.
