Ok, Black Gem was definitely one of the most interesting dungeons in a while. I really like this one.
Sure, the Coldharbor aesthetic is bland and depressing (almost like that’s the point…) and the pulls are a bit spaced out and longer, but the boss fights are incredible.
I took a group through nonHM and then later did the first two HMs (but it was 3:30 by the end so we need to come back to the last one lol), and I have to say that the HM mechanics really broke our brains. We did them blind and tried to figure everything out as we went, and a lot of the mechanics were a bit counterintuitive, which made it so much fun to figure it out.
I love the theme of using the boss’s mechanics against them.
Seriously, Finn’s team just puts out banger after banger, and this one was excellent. I’m just at work today thinking about getting to run it again.

Why should someone waste his time with getting steam-rolled over and over again by the same folks. Its a complete waste of the little time people do have to play a game.
I don’t do PvP in this game because I just hate it. But anyway… how can you balance a game where PvE players like me only go into PvP when we have to? And I don’t even try to kill anyone, I just join PvP because I’m forced to. Then I run into others so they can kill me faster. The quicker they kill me, the quicker we move on. But tell me: how can you balance this?
You love PvP in ESO? Okay! I hate it. How can you have fun fighting against me? Where’s the balance in that?
Would it be productive for those of us who hate PvE to chime in in every PvE discussion to remind people of all the reasons we hate PvE?
I don't think it's possible for ZOS to balance two team BG's. It's one of the main reasons I've always been opposed to them. Three teams forces players to mix things up a bit and spreads out the action more.

It's been pretty good up until recently and now it lags horribly in the middle of combat the last several days. Skills not firing, bars not swapping, multiple presses to use potions/food. Feels like sludge.
Back to the way it was back in March.

Jo is still on as Studio Head. You'll be hearing from him soon. Nothing to announce right now, Rich is going to be advising on ESO, like he said, he will still be around. But he's working on other macro studio level items as well. The details of which are well above my paygrade.

I think Rich was trying to highlight that Nick has been a long time player and you may have run into him at some point between beta and now. But to my knowledge, Nick is not a steamer or content creator.
