Well, yesterday I decided to run a simple test. I created a Group Finder with two basic rules:
We started with vRG. As expected, the first few pulls were chaotic, classic pug energy, and a couple of players clearly joined just to troll. After removing them, the group settled, and we cleared in 48 minutes. Honestly, that’s a perfectly respectable time.
Next, I formed a vDSR group with the same rules. Not everyone stayed, some new players joined, but the overall skill level remained similar.
The run wasn’t flawless or highly organized, but everyone understood the basics and, more importantly, the group worked well together.
Final time: 1 hour 21 minutes. For a pug with onebar DD's, that’s genuinely solid.
My conclusion:
I’m finally taking the advice I’ve seen repeated on the forums:
“Create your own group.” And it turns out… it works.
Usually play with pugs, and since I already have all the items from every trial. I join pug groups just to help, but I’ve realized I’ve been helping the wrong players. 2bar players don’t need someone like me, they can already carry themselves. Onebar players, on the other hand, may benefit massively from a stable, supportive environment.
So from now on, I’m creating groups exclusively for onebar players.
Here’s what I’ve noticed:

- Twins: two wipes, then a clean clear.
- In Reef Guardian, it was obvious some players didn’t know the mechanics, so I stepped in to help with Reef 1 (since I can handle it solo). After adjusting assignments and one more wipe, we cleared it as well. Again, not bad at all.
- Final boss: I handled all bridges with two other DD's. After one wipe, we cleared the trial

- The biggest improvement comes from filtering out trolls. Once they’re gone, the group’s performance jumps immediately.
- Onebar players aren’t bad, they’re inexperienced or lack confidence. Many play cautiously, almost fearfully, instead of comfortably engaging with the game.
Personal Note:
I genuinely want to help onebar players improve and feel more confident in the game. I’m convinced I can make a real difference for them. Instead of spending my time with players who only gatekeep and contribute little to the group, I’d rather invest that time in helping those who actually want to learn, improve, and enjoy the game. And i will.

You can only do that with power crept content, I want them to go back and make all the older content harder
I do trifectas, you don’t get to decide what you run, you run what the raid lead tells you to run
How would you solve the lack of tanks issue? I hate the oh just spec into more damage why? I don’t want to change tanking, I just don’t think they need to be doing healer damage, eso has came up with this tanks doing 0 damage, it’s in no other game, what is a tank? Do they do no damage? No im pretty sure a tank is designed to do massive damage, maybe rename the role to wall instead because it’s misleading
Kulk has been the tank in my group for some time and we often discuss ways to get him to do more damage. If he can sustain/survive on a more damage oriented setup, why would we not take the free damage?
He was doing close to 70k DPS on Oax as MT back when we were doing our Rockgrove prog. His damage was also high during our CR and AA WRs (that we lost immediately because we stink but whatever, we ball). You can definitely do damage in newer content, and finding the limit of damage and sustain is part of the fun of playing tank.
Of course you still have to run what you've been told to run, but you can figure out ways to do that and also increase damage (like the mundus change/running the scribing knife/maelstrom weapons when you don't need to double bar both sets)

That is an April Fools joke from Lazy Crafting Writ Add on lol they do that every year. There isnt any rewards, just a fun little mini quest they add into the game for you.

Optimise all the fun out of stealth and you can basically stand on top of an NPC's head and pickpocket them and then Blade of Woe them. You need a couple of sets, some speed boost, a mythic, few passives and CPs, preferably a vampire, and the cloak from NB Shadow skill line. You never need to do any combat.
Pretty much moving in sneak faster than many sprint, no NPC can see you, and even if you get caught you can just jog away and enable the cloak. A guard might throw a flare at you, but if you invest in speed, you don't need to care about the flare because you will be out of the aoe before it lands.
Skywatch has a lot of NPCs you can rob. After pickpocket it takes some time before you pickpocket them again, and with less probability of success. Up to 3 times, so the optimal way is to pickpocket -> pickpocket -> blade of woe -> loot the body. If you pickpocket the third item you would have to wait after the second pickpocket and then have very low probability. So after the second pickpocket, just kill the NPC so you don't have to wait and have 100% chance... since the NPC is dead. And soon you have an inventory full of stolen goods you can sell and advance your various thieving achievements. But that leaves behind a lot of dead bodies.
