In the UK, companies are legally required to be transparent about what consumers are receiving for their money, covering both the description of goods/services and the total cost. This is enforced through a combination of consumer protection regulations and fair trading laws, primarily governed by the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (CPRs) and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
There are many players who are unfamiliar with these types of battle pass systems, myself included. This is the only game that I play and the way these Tamriel Tomes have been advertised is misleading imo. It needs to be absolutely clear to every type of player wether you are a veteran gamer with lots of experience in many games or a completely brand new player in the gaming world.

ZOS_Kevin recommended creating a ticket, so I did and customer support was able to help out. I had all nine crates when I logged in today.

We believe we have resolved the behavior the caused these to specifically not grant appropriately. I have manually updated the account with the missing 5500 and 1500 Crowns respectively and included an additional 2000 Crowns for the extended wait. You should find the total (9000 Crowns) added to the account when you next load up ESO.
If you have any other questions, please reply and I will do whatever I can to help further."

We do murder farm guild events. Could be something like that. Pick an area and just go nuts killing every npc possible in a town.

So the OP wants special coding added to every deadra in all the delves in the game that have daedra, so that they can react in a special way toward characters on the quest vs a completely separate response to characters simply clearing the delve.
