I didnt expect to have to be a vet trial pro to be able to do this. I also assumed the recommended group size would be a standard 4 man group, but apparebtly the group finder goes up to 12? We died immediately.
2) no one else is in the zone. Had hoped to soft group with some other groups, but ultimately only saw 3 people
3) way too easy to get separated from the group. Especially with that duneripper. Duneripper is a cool idea. Hate it in practice. If I get eaten and die, I revive on the other side of the may from my group?
4) cant share quests/quest progress. Why are we encouraged to group... but the quests are solo quests? Im just freeing little animals from cages. Its classic eso group quest stuff - but it doesnt work in the group zone.
5)navigating the parch is awful. What are those sand doors? The ones that have a poor render distance so you see a way to the desert, run/sneak/fight your way to it, only to see the sand wall pop in. They also dont really show on the map. Not being able to navigate isnt fun. Apparebtly you can get an item to bypass them but... no idea what or how?
6) boulder dash? What? Couldn't figure this out because everytime I tried i got attacked and turned back and whatever it was was over.

This is not accurate. Players are not given priority to be instanced with players of the same Faction. There may be fewer players in the Ruckus District right now because folks are prioritizing a different District, but that is not how instancing in the Night Market works. When players enter the main hub and Districts, they join based on when they entered until the zone cap is hit, then a new instance spins up. That's it.
Thank you. I mean no disrespect though but I think instancing numbers need to be double checked as I've been in a few very very dead instances.
The issue is the instance is spread across all 3 districts and the hub. So the game is probably just putting you in an instance where, statistically since Thousand Eyes is dominating right now, all the players in your instance are over there based on happenstance.
Each instance only has 30-something players, so it's not hard to find yourself in an empty one when you're playing a less popular faction.
