I'm really excited about this change because I want to build around Disease Damage on my Necromancer. It sucks that I won't get much use out of a Disease Damage build on Werewolf on that character (because Werewolf lost its own Disease Damage this patch) but hopefully when the Necromancer rework finally happens, I can go all out with Disease Damage in the human form. At least Werewolf's "Insatiable Hunger" still procs Corpseburster.

I just want to be sure if this is intended or not. Maybe zos idea was different and only the execition was bad.
The base value of 1500 vs mobs, halved vs players. Battlespirit has another 50% reduction but that kicks in after the flat 750 is added to the base tt of templar skills.
This is why it's such a terrible passive.

When I started playing, for the first years when I was not much dedicated I used to craft CP150, also because I liked to experiment back then and try and change gear often, so it would be a waste and unsustainable to make everything CP160.
I now have thousands of every CP160 mat but I hoard them and never sell them "just in case".
What I discovered, btw, is that nowadays I find myself using Transmute Crystals more than crafting mats.

only for the 1st week of 16 becoming the new VR ranks when the game went from v14 to v16 as there wasnt many mats available at that time and i didnt want to use up all my telvar to buy mats id get just playing the game

When I started to PvP in Icereach (which was not faction locked) it was just constant AP trains. Fighing with players who when they couldn't push or do more, they would swap team and retake the same keeps.
I don't care so much for the rewards for Cyro or the leaderboard but would not enjoy if players would could just relog to another alliance at a whim.
I have also seen group of players relog to another alliance just to get to another players and write to/about them via the zonechat of that alliance then swap back.
I enjoy playing for my alliance and I feel like when I play then I play with the hand i'm delt. Sometimes we do good sometimes we do not so good
Not against a short term lock, or make Gray Host a 7 or 14 day campaign so people who wish can swap around more frequently.
I thought we are getting a medium Cyrodiil too in addtion Vengence? Maybe this should be open or they should consider keeping Blackreach as is.

Wings is a relic of a long bygone era where DK had little ability to catch a quick ranged player. Either it needs a nerf or BETTER YET - DK needs a permanent snare.

I like this idea. After all there are many styles of swordsmanship and combat. If this is implemented I hope they won’t lean in to the realm of anime’s ridiculous exaggerations.

You have to remember though that your stat sheet is not actually connected to what is going on. You cant rely on the ESO stat sheet to be correct.
There was a similar situation with onslaught where the statsheet would give you pen based on YOUR resists. So if I was a 30k resist PvP build running DovRha and going up to about 50k resists, when I onslaught an enemy it would show I suddenly have +50k pen. Which is hard to test because the point of onslaught was to get perfect pen on your target so it was hard to tell if you were ACTUALLY getting 50k pen or if you were only getting the other persons resists worth of pen.
At the end of the day the statsheet does its own calcs and sometimes they pulled info from the wrong userID in the code.
