By this logic they should nuke any set that any ever uses so we all use Whitestrake’s Retribution and Torug’s Pact. This set is good on one class next patch and that class is just going to be food to feed DK and Sorc. Just don’t think this set is as strong as you think is its situational at best.

Not trying to kill the cool roleplaying vibe here but I must point out the set only procs on direct crit damage.
So, don't expect it to fire as often as you might think, especially if you're not chasing crit chance on whatever build you're running.

I really liked this one too but unfortunately it can't compete with meta setups
It's very repetitive and predictable. Like we were saying, if you break free from Javelin, it's a bad stack. if you don't, strongest thing around maybe even WITH new DK. (in NMG obviously)
but allow me to brag when I have the rare opportunity, afaik I came up with Savagery on Siphon so i do try to force myself to use it 😂 this meta is just WAY too fast for it even if I'm not running Merciless (then I use magelight)
It's super good damage wise but nearly impossible to sustain and 0 survavibility

Yeah the slit pupils were a weird choice, I'd defo like to see them changed back to being round, but preferably smaller pin like pupils that the Behemoth & old Werewolf have; it just looks a lil more feral/crazed than shown in your edit! (Speaking of, how'd you get the assets anyways?)

The elephant in the room - Shattered Paths Signet
Shattered paths signet is a really cool mythic, with a serious downside that if you use your ult with it you lose a heap of damage.
Unless you're using overload.
This is a really cool interaction, where you can switch on and off overload to keep your ult above 170, keeping the full damage from the mythic.
in this parse, I start with 500 ult, burn to 175, disable overload until the last 20% and then use it in execute.
I get to use 702 ult over the parse while still getting the full benefit of shattered signet.
There are a couple of issues with this parse though compared to content.
The first is that I start with 500 ult. In almost no trials in the game, should you be starting a boss fight with 500 ult. If you're doing that then you're not using your ults on trash.
Secondly you get a burst of dps at the start, but you get it at a time when you're likely going to be getting ult gen from a set like pillagers. Overload stops ult gen, so you miss out on some of the more significant support buffs.
Thirdly sorcs have Atro, which in most groups is there for major berserk. In fact, they really really want atro right at the start for their main ult burn. What no one wants at that time is a selfish sorc using all their ult on an overload opening after they just banked it all though all the trash pulls so they can have bigga numba on the boss.
My point is that using overload in trials like we do on the dummy is incredibly selfish and not good for group content.
Finally, compare the signet parse to a warmask parse where i use overload to start the parse, then drop an atro at 185 ult and then reenable overload for the last 10%
it's a big dps drop. This is more representative of what you can expect in actual content.

I wasn't referring to real life societies. I was referring to how we play the game.
For example, I read a thread about how we run Alik'r dolmens on PCNA. Players were confused about us using "x" and "y" and "z" in zone chat for auto invites to the groups. We've done it this way for a very long time but these other players do things differently.
That is the kind of thing I am referring to.

Not the intention of this poll, refrain from assuming this kind of thing, I'm not always on the forums so I didn't see any similar poll, we got a maintenance that included doing some work related to crossplay and I wanted to know how people feel about it, I'm against it but seems like there's more people in favor by some margin which is fine, now I know. Would like to have a different poll with the next options:
- I'm in favor (PC)
- I'm against it (PC)
- Don't care (PC)
And the same options for consoles, to see the opinion on all platforms just for curiosity, maybe sone time in the future.
