As a normal Solo player, it is obviously way over my pay grade in difficulty. But, they advertised it as a Group area, along the lines of a Vet Dungeon, so no surprises there.

But, seriously, the first time I opened the door to The Parch, all eyes were upon me, as I started to move I was dead.

Second time I opened the door, the boss? trash mob? somebody? one-shotted me from 500 feet. Dead.

Third time I opened he door, I was run over by another player trying to get out of the door, with a horde of bosses/trash mobs chasing him. Dead.

Fourth time: Stealth and Invisibility potions helped me get partially through the quest, but if you die you don't just respawn where you were standing, but at a Wayshrine. That was a problem.

Sunday I will run with my Guildmates and see how we do. It does not look promising, and I was really looking forward to this.

If it were a dungeon that would be true. But there are completely unstructured event zone groups and everyone is doing their own thing and don't care.

I don't think anyone minds. People join, people leave. If you need to go for a few minutes, most likely no one notices in the group. You might want to (optionally) say "afk 5 mins" if it is short. Or leave the group if it's a longer pause.

This is not like a trial/dungeon where you are expected to stay until end. It's more like join whenever, leave whenever.

i do agree it would be nice to have more merchants in the Night Market.

Gold Coast Bazaar does not currently have a location in any zone, you are probably thinking of the Belkarth Festival Grounds?

Also your faction's merchant does sell curated boxes for sets that drop in the Market.

right i was thinking something like 24 gild traders 8 per side a world achievement vendor like in summerset ( but up dated with all buyable achievements) a new bazaar vendor , a mount vendor that sold ALL mounts with the new mount update just behide us , had they gotten players input i think they could have done so much better getting this into a WORLD MARKET hub that it sounded to be

I was thinking the Night Market was going to basically function as a Auction House style zone where all guild traders converge or at least have it as a large trader hub that had an active pve event zone surrounding it.

You're failing to consider that the group finder requires an unnecessarily high level of user proficiency to operate effectively.

It's the opposite problem on PS NA. Every time I look at all my guild rosters, 95% of them (not even exaggerating) show as being in Night Market.

I have spent the past several days trying to do daily Undaunted pledges queuing for those dungeons and cannot even get placed into one... ON MY TANK. Because I swear to God, everyone is in Night Market and that has killed off every other aspect of the game if you PUG things.

Due to how potentially time consuming this area can become and without completing a desired objective, Group Finder is key here. For a specific task one might need to form a group with a clear indication of the purpose.

I have been joining groups and we've been getting things done. Days later, I have found that I need to be more focused due to having completed most of the "early stuff". I might need to get comfortable creating group finder entries for the things I need to do.
