I'm missing several mounts and it also weirdly removed the chest piece of one outfit that I've found so far. Check your stuff and submit a support ticket. I've played for years so here's hoping there aren't more items I haven't noticed yet
Hey @Apollosipod what is your support ticket number, please?
The issue has been fixed! Thanks to you and the support team!
Has it been fixed for all players??

Also, as many before have said, if you are solo or even two-player co-oping with a friend, there is pretty much no chance at getting much of anything done. Even running something as inane as repairing the wards means I am dying constantly, cannot outrun/hide the mobs, and most of my gear is broken within five minutes. Two or three hits take out any of the companions I have active, so there's no real help there, either. I swear I was alone in the Parch for a while today because either no other players were given quests to go into the area or they just aren't playing.
Yes, I know this is Day One, but reading that a lot of the same issues I'm having were brought up during PTS is just not a great look and don't entice me to come back to this area, no matter how much I'd love to fully unlock the Night Den. Which is horrible knowing that I'll probably never unlock the three wings or get access to the new safe.
1) The re-spawn time is ridiculously too fast;
2) The difficulty level is too much overall; this is coming from someone who regularly does vet DLC HMs (not trials, granted).

This is not accurate. Players are not given priority to be instanced with players of the same Faction. There may be fewer players in the Ruckus District right now because folks are prioritizing a different District, but that is not how instancing in the Night Market works. When players enter the main hub and Districts, they join based on when they entered until the zone cap is hit, then a new instance spins up. That's it.
Thank you. I mean no disrespect though but I think instancing numbers need to be double checked as I've been in a few very very dead instances.
The issue is the instance is spread across all 3 districts and the hub. So the game is probably just putting you in an instance where, statistically since Thousand Eyes is dominating right now, all the players in your instance are over there based on happenstance.
Each instance only has 30-something players, so it's not hard to find yourself in an empty one when you're playing a less popular faction.
Every player of every faction can go into every district, and if you want to do the achievements and unlock all the wings of the house, you have to go into all of them. So even if you're in a different faction you can still go wherever the people are.

Yeah but right now if I could potentially lose the reward for dying trying to help, why would I help? Why wouldn't I just do a few hits, stand by a wall and just wait for the boss to die? Either or you're going to have people abuse the system, just right now you are punishing more people trying to help.
am with you on that , reason there should be a mid level of damage needed to get awarded for doing something. so that them that want to hit and run or them that hit and die both get nothing for doing nothing
