@ZOS_JessicaFolsom what does "...without completely overpowering the meta in PVP" mean to the team? Is the intention of the team to make sure that Werewolf cannot be competitive with the meta? Have we seen werewolf overpowering the meta across the board?

You are NOT doing 10k DPS on werewolf to a person (“with max resistance” doing these things. And if you are, it’s because of sorc mastery and/Signet which you and I both know will be nerfed into the group and werewolf will be left as is. You are ridiculously disingenuous but I suppose I can only direct my frustration towards the combat team/feedback handling as it seems that they are only ever able to see the feedback to nerf werewolf but not buff it.
And yet, that is what is occurring. React posted screenshots without sorc mastery passives and yet you still insist that he is being purposefully deceptive. I don't know how to convince you that I and others are being fully earnest here. Well-known players with sterling reputations in the PC NA PVP community (who I have a deep respect for and have fought upwards of a thousand times) with the best defensive gameplay (block-casting timing/movement/rotations) are getting parsed for outrageous numbers on PTS right now. The insistence that this is somehow a grand conspiracy of players specifically biased against werewolf for some reason is uncharitable and unproductive.

Though I feel like there is a disconnect between what the forums seem to discuss and what is being shown here. You certainly have many feedback channels. But when I look at the major topics discussed on the PTS section this week; none of them seem to be mentioned here.
Take for instance Templar's damage passive being reduced to 750 in pvp, but further reduced to ~300 damage per instance after battlespirit.
Sorcerer's Blood Magic heal scaling with max HP is broadly discussed as a potential problem.
Concerns that Nightblades in pvp can't possibly even reach the higher crit cap, and therefor the passive seems quite pointless.
And then of course the problem with Werewolf continuing to cause problems with certain class mastery talents. (Warden particularly, and of course DK and Sorc, due to the max HP scaling of Blood Magic)

I don't think that using the roll button, block button, and attacking until mobs with high damage and hp are killed takes skill. If it does, it takes the most basic skill in the game to do so.
I still roam around the Night Market solo. I'm not sure what the challenge is supposed to be? Negate spamming mobs, more damage, more hp? A swarm? Even if you die, it's because of a limitation in build first before skill.
Night Market is not a skillful challenge in my opinion, just filler for a lack of proper mechanics in the game that punish unabated damage dealing or make strategic thought valuable and necessary.
I don't subscribe to the argument that Night Market is testing skill at all, nor has it done anything besides once again prove that builds matter most over all.
It's not like the arenas, it's not like some of the vet dungeons, and it's not like fighting someone in PvP. It's literally just over buffed mobs that punish you if you run out of stam or mag and can no longer break free/dodge/block.
But of course, everyone is entitled to their belief. It's a forum afterall.

No, I understood what you meant. What I wanted to say is that you are using the word "competent" and "perfect" interchangably, which is not true. Just because they are competent players doesn't mean they won't eventually make mistakes. I've had a fair share of stalemate duels vs competent players and the only reason those stalemates even happened was because both of us built tanky enough to survive each other's one shot combo. When a 1 shot combo is powerful enough to 100-0 someone, it is only a matter of time before one person finally dies from a mistake or like you said, lag rngjesus.

Ok, so a WW does 200k parce damage? OH NO! PVE is still going to be 8 Arc's with beams anyways. That 200k damage is single target which isn't really used in PvE anyways.

Every single CMX I've provided apart from one single CMX weeks ago where static acted as a parse dummy (which was disclosed at the time of posting) has been from proper duels complete with healing, blocking, rolling, kiting, stuns, attempts to outspace and pressure back, etc.
There aren't any attempts to deceive or manipulate with any of the data provided. We're putting on realistic PVP builds and fighting normally. In my case since the EU copy on week 3, I've actually been using my live PC EU character to fight the WWs - the build I run every day for solo PVP in cyrodiil/IC.

group finder is the way, its literally the only reason i was able to do anything in the parch which is sad because the district is my fav lol but people only want to do the other two faction related ones.

It's really, really hard to get around the Parch without the relic. I'm trying to get the splinters for it now and it's painful with no one around.
Edit: I've also been wandering around Sorrow and there's no one there either.
As someone who likes night market, a concern I have had is about off-peak population. I can't do anything alone really, and sometimes it's flat out slow and no one to group with.
I'm going to try to unlock my house this weekend in fear this will lose popularity at some point and I won't be able to finish it.
This is exactly what I feared when I first went into it.
As I have said numerous times, I expected to die a lot, because I knew it was meant for groups.
However, I also expected to run into a lot of other people running the same content, that I could tag along with, or find people to group up with in the zones themselves.
That hasn't been my case half the time.
And that was on day one, when everyone was still getting into it the first time (except for any that did it on PTS), it doesn't make me hopeful for the future if it was that empty (seemingly) on day one. Or that hard to find groups.
Yes I think as people get what they want out of it they will probably start phasing out of playing it. Especially if they can't find groups and it becomes impossible to do anything over time.
I was initially not happy this was an event zone instead of permanent content, but this may be the only way to funnel enough people into it for it to be playable in it's current form.

You have to play to unlock the wings.
If you want to buy some of the furnishings easily you need favor as well.
To be fair, they did play a bit fast and loose with the term "wing" to describe each one.
The generous number and quality of furnishings they come with is rather nice though.
