Azureblight Reaper need to be fixed (PVP\BG)
Azura has been broken in Battlegrounds for several months now, and we still haven't seen any response from the developers. Even the latest PTS patch notes don't mention this set or the problems it causes in PvP.
For those of you who are not aware of the situation, Azura is currently overperforming to an absurd degree: with just a few damage-over-time skills, you don't need anything else to wipe out a group of eight players, regardless of build. I used this set in PvE before the nerf, and I know how it worked for years. What we are seeing now in BGs is simply absurd.
Considering that not many players participate in Battlegrounds, it would be nice to at least get some fixes for problems that are destroying the remaining desire to participate in PvP.

Not disagreeing with the base argument, but no one is unlocking 5 traits on 3 or 5 gear pieces in a couple days.
After the research timer rebalance in U49, now they are.
Getting to the 5th trait researched takes 62 hours now total (so just over 2.5 d), and that's without ESO+ or any scrolls
Still only 3 pieces at a time right, assuming they haven't maxed those out which I don't think a brand new player is going to be able to do? Anyway, didn't mean to derail, I just don't think a new player is jumping on, researching 5 traits and becoming an OP god in two days. There are better arguments to be made, imo.

If this has been answered, I apologize but I can't seem to find it:
Is the tome we see now the complete tome for the season? That is, will there be additional pages added over the course of the season?
The reason I ask: I inadvertantly opened my caches and have to date earned enough tome points to unlock all of the free items. I don't have much interest in the premium rewards, but that might change (not gonna rule it out). That said, we still have 2.5 months on this tome and I have 4k+ tome points with nothing to spend them on. As such, there is 0 incentive for me to continue doing any of the tome challenges for the next 2.5 months unless I get the premium pass, which again doesn't appeal to me at the moment.
On the plus side, the tomes have given me some reason to re-engage with the game. But if I don't need any tome challenges for the rest of the season, it'll be hard to be motivated to login at all.
No, there will be no additional pages added. Though if you opened caches erroneously, you'll have to search for the relevant article (apologies, typing at the end of my break), they will put them back in the caches if you out in a CS ticket. Seems like a 1 time deal.

I even get a wry chuckle when I get t-bagged in BGs...
I viewed being T-bagged as a badge of honor. It means my defeat was meaningful to them, and a twisted sign of respect.
Also if I'm using a build where 4 people wail on me helplessly for a while, and I finally go down, let them have their little celebration.
I will miss this. It's been a thing in pvp games for a while but I'm not sure what changed that it became so upsetting to the level it is today.
That's a fun take. I usually am just a healer in BGs, and depending on the enemy team I can either make my group invincible, or I die in 2 seconds.
Usually it's just the latter that gets emotes from players since I was obviously not healing enough, which garners no respect. I haven't had a whole group of four celebrate on me before 😳 but I think that's because whenever I am able to retain the attention of an entire group, it becomes just a long stalemate.

seems way better and simpler for the Group Finder request's requirement to be more specific and say something like
"Please know the mechanics" or "Pay attention to our directions".
This discussion reminds me of the phrase i occasionally see in the ESO community:
"do not stand in stupid"
Which i believe would be lengthened as:
"do not stand in enemy's Areas Of Effect"
the second one will be understood by more people.
Most people know quite well that certain words are negative even if they do not know why exactly.
"Please know the mechanics" or "Pay attention to our directions".
This discussion reminds me of the phrase i occasionally see in the ESO community:

Personally, I hope it stays the way it is, but I understand not so many people may enjoy the slow grind and prefer instant gratification.
Please don't. How "slow" does the grind need to not be considered "instant gratification" Gold Road came out almost two years ago. I grinded those dailies like it was my paying job and only got the third music box lead about 4 months ago. I still only have 1/3 leads for any of the Colovian tapestries. I'm glad you find it enjoyable but let's not minimize the frustration of garbage drop rates and nested RNG by saying people want instant gratification.

The High Isle chapter's story was a disappointment in some ways, but it had some enjoyable characters so was barely on the plus side overall. Of the side material I enjoyed Isobel's storyline, it was nice, light-hearted fun with an adorable character. Tales of Tribute quests were fun, too. Rigurt's quest was a hoot; I was in tears from laughter. The Long Game with its maniacally competitive and backstabbing thief couple was amusing, too.
Special mention goes to the A Father's Pride quest. I loved Meryline as a character, and hope to see her again in some future storyline.
I enjoyed the whole Ithelia saga very much. Torvesard's tormented quest to remember was well portrayed, and the mystery was revealed gradually in such a way that I eagerly looked forward to understanding it all. The quest line was refreshing in that it wasn't exactly such happy ending like the other chapters have tended to have. Instead, the story was a tragedy the likes of which haven't been written for ESO since the Orsinium DLC. I felt very bad for both Ithelia and Leramil, for instance. Personally I didn't mind Leramil and Gadayn "in their very own tentacle world" as some other poster put it. The romance thing added some colour to Leramil's otherwise rather enigmatic character, and added to the tragedy of the whole (can Leramil ever be sure that the Gadayn that was returned to her is the same that disappeared?).
There was some excellent side content in both Necrom and Gold Road, also. Sharp-as-Night's companion quest line is in a literary way the best I have played so far. Just everything clicked in it: The text with its tight plotting and a sense for nuance, the excellent voice acting (especially for Mevei, whose actor portrayed Mevei's vulnerability and emotional journey wonderfully), the character designs. Just superb all over. Azandar's quests were good, too and I enjoy that companion overall.
For other Necrom side quests, Lovesick was good as were Castoff Destinies, Piteous Envoys (especially) and Turning the Page. The rest were okay enough, but haven't stuck to memory as much as those mentioned above. Gold Road's highlight was Belienne's quest, since it was so well written and well acted. Other entertaining quests were Where There's A Will, A Matter of Propriety, Faded Scarlets and Seeking Armistice.
The average level of writing wasn't for a period as good as in since Morrowind or Summerset chapters, but has improved considerably from the Blackwood and High Isle slump in my opinion.

Why would all of the mistreatment and abuse to the people who were assigned to mental asylums and the like also not he seen as bad? I look at the context of the word being used in OPs example, and it seems obvious they are trying to insult away people they see as inferior to them by some form of capacity.
As I mentioned, I don't think the average non-native English speaker thinks of mental institutions when using that word. Not only did not all cultures even have asylums, I think for the average person, that term just feels like it translates to "idiot", and with "idiot", they mean a person who's doing something dumb. It doesn't touch on topics like psychology, mental health, or even general capability or intelligence.
Why someone thinks they need to put "No idiots!" into a description, and if that's how we want to interact with each other here, is a different topic.
Part of the problem is legally using certain language is punishable by law in some countries. I agree with your posts, but the problem is currently more serious than simply ignore. ZOS has to comply or they would be punished by law. Sad, yet really scary.
I'm not sure if this topic is allowed on these forums, but I'd be curious where that would be? I know that where I live directly insulting a person is forbidden. But if someone would go to the police and tell them "A guy called me an idiot in an online game!" - let's say people would find that very strange.
