I feel like this situation has gotten out of hand.
For me, its been 16 days without any ESO plus benefits, and I know others probably have waited even longer. Not only have players had downtime during Jubilee, tomorrow the Night Market event will be starting and we still have no resolution for this wide-spread issue.
We’ve been told a “small specialized team” is working on this, but given the duration and number of affected players, this clearly requires additional prioritization and resources. There has also been no timeframe or estimate provided, which makes it impossible for us to know how long we will be kept waiting.
At this point we need a better update on how this is being resolved or even just a timeframe as to when it is expected to be resolved.
Also, for players who feel like this wait has been too long, advise would be nice for these players on the proper refund process if they choose to pursue one due to the non-delivery of a paid service.
