Making the Furnishing Vault not require an ESO Plus subscription would diminish the value of the subscription. You wouldn't expect the Craft Bag to be unlocked permanently, would you?

I've been toying with the idea of saving up the blade cloak skill scrolls. Simply because I have had occasions in vet content where an encounter may benefit from my DPS build temporarily slotting a self heal. If I could put blade cloak in my quickslot for the duration of the encounter, then I could avoid sacrificing a skillbar slot to accommodate.

I haven't tried yet. I'll likely wait to see how many scrolls I can save up by the end of the Night Market event.
