How many addons do you use, if any?

Why do anyone use the skyshard addon? I dont get it!

Running around getting all these skyshards only must feel like a job. And when you have more skillpoints then skills.....what fun is the game then?

I'm going to go with ... because folks want to do so.

Ugh, for the millionth time, addons are NOT mods! They cannot modify gameplay. They cannot enable botting and/or hacking. Please STOP spreading misinformation. Botting WILL happen with or without addons.

The claim that addons = hacking is based purely out of ignorance.

The last time this thread went around, not a single person could back up their claim or give an example of an addon that allows you to cheat. Because the API does not allow it.
edit: Here is that thread where no one could prove that addons allow cheating: http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/discussion/100012/should-add-ons-be-allowed/p1

I have around 20'ish. I recently had an issue with the game. Every time I tried to log in, I got the message... "An Error has occurred" Nothing more then that. After talking back and forth with Devs, and no help, I started working on it myself. I disabled all my add-ons and low and behold.... walah the game worked. I had to narrow it down to see what one it was. It was a provisioning add-on that had me going nuts. Hope this info helps someone if they get the same issue.

I've only got a few. The ones I have are primarily just convenience (like the mini-map one). The only one that I consider to be necessary is the one for doing actual guild store searches. The basic guild store functionality in ESO is effectively unusable IMO.

Oh, and I should note that I absolutely hate pretty much every combat UI addon that I've seen.

I need some addons in this game to preserve my sanity. Whoever came up with the guildstores as they are should be fired or atleast wear some ridiculously uncomfortable pants for a while.

I only use the one for showing what I auto loot. I don't care about my gaming logistics. I don't care how much damage I am hitting for precisely, I just care that what I am doing is working.

I have 25+, despite not using many addons in other games. ESO's UI is too minimal for me, and it doesn't do everything I want it to, particularly in regards to banking/storing/selling.

Primarily, my addons are focused around guild store searching, tracking prices averages, automatically deposting and withdrawing items with profiles set for each alt, and spam blocking. I have a few random ones too, like LootDrop, to make looting easier, Librarian, to stole my books to read later, a quest tools addon for easier, more efficient and multiple quest tracking, and the minimap addon. (And nothing for min/maxing or combat, just basic stuff!)

The banking stuff is probably most important to me, because between Bank Manager and a handful of others, I can manage my inventory in roughly 5-10 minutes, instead of the 30-40+ it was taking my early on.

Thanks Zenimax for releasing such a fully-featured API at launch, and I mean that!
