On PTS? Edwane on one playthrough and Seline on another; Abrasia is well-named (she's abrasive), but I didn't do a third playthrough. On the live-servers? Haven't got that far yet. Got one character on an alt account and one character on EU who have done the first quest and that's as far as they've progressed. Even that was mostly because they had the Finder quests in their weeklies and needed the first quest to unlock the board in Daggerfall. Otherwise, I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.

EDIT: finally got through the story on one character and that one chose Edwane. We'll see how it goes on the others.

I'm fresh out of outrage, but I could muster up some amused annoyance if required.

    Seline
Seline's nobility and contacts could shield the guild, but might also be a liability. Despite her more noble position, she has a whole lot less experience leading a band of thieves and cutthroats than the others: her and her dad were a small team. And I don't think she's got the constitution for it. She's a dilettante who wants to do fun stuff, not someone who'd put long nights into figuring out the guild's problems in hard times. My initial leaning was her as most likely; I voted that way above. But now, having thought more, I feel she's the worst pick. She's shown no real affiliation or care for the lower guild members whatsoever.

Abrasia's "I do what's right for me and mine" is a strong argument for her, both because if she becomes leader she'll do what's right for the guild; and because if she isn't picked, she maybe won't; whereas the other two can be relied to do what's right anyway. However, she's a bit stabby and bloodthirsty, and I don't think that's a good way for the guild to fly under the radar. And her personality won't win her a lot of loyal followers.

Edwane As a guy, he's now as attractive to me personally, and if the difference is only cosmetic, then cosmetics are arguably the only difference I should consider. But - and this is really important - he has a pupper. I might get to see the pupper more if he becomes guild leader. Plus, he has a lot of contacts in the town, and is seen as a Robin hood figure. It's likely all build members will be loyal to him because he looks out for them.

In the end, I have to admit the pupper swings it for me. Good boy, Carso.

The logical choice had to be Seline, definitely. Ultimately though, as a Fire Emblem: Three Houses player I made the right choice, as according to the credits, Ratana is the latest 3H VA to join the ESO alumni as Seline. Leonie certainly has come a long way from being first little more than Ginger Casca, then a pervert kitsune shrine maiden in Inazuma, and now finally a scion of House Menant. :)

For me, it was a very difficult choice between Seline and Edwane.

I really like that Seline tries to avoid any violence/bloodshed, but her "bored noble who steals items for fun" is somewhat annoying.
Edwane always looks out for his fellow people, feels shame when he has to steal because he knows it's wrong, and also prefers to avoid violence - so in the end he became the best guild leader in my roleplay

I think we forgot 4th option also XD

I don't like how dogs are inserted in media just for fun and cuteness; but I loved that Edwane's dog was shown as being actually helpful during quests. Performing tricks to distract a crowd, carrying extra lockpicks in his collar...
Of course, his dog didn't affect my decision about him, but it lead to this funny scene sequence:

I didn't even consider Abrasia, because she is violent and selfish. She is the bandit, but not really a thief and not a guild leader material, in my opinion.

I worry I'm going to make Corso overweight, I can't stop giving him treats every time I'm at the job board

    Seline
Edwane didn't have the confidence. Abrasia showed that she's impulsive and admits that she's prone to act in her own self interest. So I chose Seline.

    Abrasia
I chose Abrasia as the other two are good balancers for her. They can reign her in when she's too violent, but also help to better prop her up, in their own different ways. Edwane the street man, a little more rough and tumble like Abrasia, while Seline is more feminine and elegant, and can teach her to be more precise like an arrow, and less bludgeon like a maul. And as shown in the quests, Abrasia had a contingency plan for if/when things screwed up, while the other two just went along with everything. It did kind of feel like Abrasia was the choice I was pushed towards with how different her character was treated by everyone and herself. And she's humble too (to a degree), saying "oh I know youre going to choose one of them, not me, lets get it over with" like haha no sis, you're the new leader, congratulations 👏.
