Despite her more noble position, she has a whole lot less experience leading a band of thieves and cutthroats than the others: her and her dad were a small team. And I don't think she's got the constitution for it. She's a dilettante who wants to do fun stuff, not someone who'd put long nights into figuring out the guild's problems in hard times. My initial leaning was her as most likely; I voted that way above. But now, having thought more, I feel she's the worst pick. She's shown no real affiliation or care for the lower guild members whatsoever.
Abrasia's "I do what's right for me and mine" is a strong argument for her, both because if she becomes leader she'll do what's right for the guild; and because if she isn't picked, she maybe won't; whereas the other two can be relied to do what's right anyway. However, she's a bit stabby and bloodthirsty, and I don't think that's a good way for the guild to fly under the radar. And her personality won't win her a lot of loyal followers.
Edwane As a guy, he's now as attractive to me personally, and if the difference is only cosmetic, then cosmetics are arguably the only difference I should consider. But - and this is really important - he has a pupper. I might get to see the pupper more if he becomes guild leader. Plus, he has a lot of contacts in the town, and is seen as a Robin hood figure. It's likely all build members will be loyal to him because he looks out for them.
In the end, I have to admit the pupper swings it for me. Good boy, Carso.
