No a toggle would be a win/win this is merely bending the knee. I liked the glow personally.
This sounds like great news, finally I will be able to slot this skill again.
When do we expect this feature to move from PTS to the production server?
How does one get rid of a stack if one is left with it after combat?
Since this "intended" change, I've repeatedly removed Grim Focus from my skill bar when I didn't want to permanently glow like a red lantern outside of combat. I think an on/off toggle for the glow would have been a better option, but thanks for removing the permanent glow. This sounds like great news, finally I will be able to slot this skill again.

Anything is better than what it was. This is something I’m going to actually be able to live with since it’s so easy to shut off the glow by zoning.

Cant you just drag it off your skill bar and back on and it remove it? Like sorc pets?

Yes, I think they even suggested that as a way to do it in the patch notes. 🙂

Not on console. You started glowing just for putting a skill point in it.

It's better than nothing... But I'd say it's dangerously close to nothing.

I thought it was a bug, and with 46 the glow should be on only if you have full stack. I see that you have to empty the stacks and have zero stacks to get rid of it. This isn't fixing anything.
Anyone who can make an addon that just.. removes it and puts it back on the bar to remove the glow automatically out of combat or with a key press?
