Zos pls make achievements account based not character based!

The solution as others have said is an account wide overview where you can see them all in one place for all your characters.

That's not a solution at all. It's just a feature which can be useful for people with multiple characters, but it would change nothing. Even with this feature, achievements would not become account-wide

Many of us like them being character based because we use it as a way of keeping tab of each ones progress. If I don't know which dungeons one of my characters has completed because I have already done them on a different character how do I know where there is a skill point to be got?

If developers would make achievements for account instead of character, they would find a way to let people keep track of quests with skill points for their characters

They could even leave such achievements as character based (for quests that give skill points, and for things like Group Events at Public Dungeons).

The most easy thing which developers could implement any time soon: ability to buy titles on alts (after we earn this title on one character) - same as we can buy skyshards nowadays Not perfect solution, but very useful at least for some achievements. And it will make people spend more money. This way, if I've earned a title on one character, I could immediately have this title on any other character... for extra price.

I know this is getting repetitive, but I just don’t understand why you should have a title on a character that hasn’t done that content.

Just because you can play as a nb does not mean you are at all competent on a magplar, and a title, particularly one that is for hard content, implies you are.

Things I wish were account wide that currently aren’t:
- Unlocking ability to purchase achievement-locked furnishings. I like to do different things on different characters and it will be increasingly aggravating to find who can purchase what.
- Slayer and death-blow achievements. I want all the dye options, but playing a lot on different characters, I’ve completed very few of these yet.
- Accumulation achievements generally, although if there’s no reward attached to them I don’t care.

I rather like the dungeon achievements being separate, although I really wish it was easy to see (without any add-on) what dungeons a character had completed and what achievements for them, without having to search for each individual thing. I think those are the only achievements I find fun to get. The rest I only care about to the extent a furnishing or dye is locked behind them and, to a far lesser extent, titles.

jet we can earn title on dk tank and then swap to incompetent dd or healer because we never played these roles and so having title on role which we are just weak

or what about collectibles anyway? you know already we can and we run with fresh chcarcter with skins for compleing veteran hard dlc content along with personality and costumes or even mount! dont forget we can also use dyes on our outfits which we have earned from acheivements on other character and ofc dont forget the biggest one! we can use motif parts for outfit on every character we have learned most probably only on 1 character! same is going with cp system...
sadly but you didnt earn any cp point on fresh character which you can use, even if you coudl use only at 50lvl charcter it is same...this character didnt earn these cp and yet he can use them

how ironic case is about title and so small thing in overall thread about accound wide things/achievs, titles are just grain in the sandbox of everthing and yet people in 95% always and mostly are referring only into titles as they arguments

I would also argue that there are already achievements that award account based rewards in the game. When you finish the Thieves Quest line and get the personal fence assistant, he's available account wide. I believe there are a few other things that get awarded account wide like mementos.
