    L2P man.

Fortunately for all of us, Captain Git Gud already shared his secret to success and the key to dealing with the proc meta. Let's all take note and learn as best we can.

Yes sir glad you are taking note my son, now listen carefully:

    1, Blocking helps a LOT,
    2. Be aware of your surroundings, don't run around like a chicken with your head cut off
    3. Roll dodging help ya know.

    Thanks for seeking out awesomeness.

If you really think hunding silence and agility sets alone can defend against the L2Proc players in their best situations then you just haven't played enough PvP or dueling.

Go play someone with Viper/Alchemist/Veldireth and let me know how well you do in 3-5 fights. Even considering you know how to play, the fact is when all those procs hit at the same time you're done for.

I don't see how ZOS hasn't warned you for baiting/trolling yet. Can you take your arguments somewhere else?

Not trolling, its the truth. Block more with lots of impen and proc builds can't really win, malabeth also works wonders but that too is kinda cheesy so, eh.

Edit: oh and I have a heavy set aswell my resistances can go up to 38K high armor pen builds can't pen all of that

I honestly don't care. I see you posting in this thread non-stop after I laughed off your build attempt. You'll get absolutely destroyed by anybody running procs.

I personally don't have any proc sets besides alchemist, so I can't prove to you in game that you'd be destroyed. But if you streamed your self going around mournhold dueling people then showing the death log, I'm 100% sure you'll have at least a few deaths directly related to proc sets.

    Im calling BS.

How can you learn to combat a random occurence? Why would you even bother going to 38k res when thats way above the soft cap.

Blocking and impen....even with 2.5k crit resist you can get hit for 20k without even seeing anything.

I'll give an example, I'm somewhat trolling them but since you seem reasonable I'll be serious with you.

It's a bit harder on my medium armor NB but in duels for example my tactic is to kill them first super (high burst dmg)if that fails then I spend time in cloak the impen helps but your right it doesn't save you

On my Heavy DK my HP pool is about 35K and with some blocking I don't get instagibed.

I would say I have a succes rate of 70% on my NB and 90% on my DK

The proc meta is annoying but you just gotta adapt to it no balancing will occur for the next 3 months and when Zos does balance them (if the do it) I hope it doen't hurt pver players.

My suggestion is to put it in the battle spirit debuff,

Only one proc can go off at a time,
Reduced the dmg of procs by 15%
Increase the CD time of proc sets by 50%

not an instructional video but it's entirely possible to beat these silly proc builds https://youtube.com/watch?v=cLywTmxIRAM

I used to not use velidreth because I thought it was really cheesy, but it feels like crippling yourself if you don't now because so many people run heavy armor and proc builds. So I said duck it.

At this point I really think it's just a manner of adapting to it. Skill usually prevails in the end, in this video the individual running the tremorscale setup had an opportunity to finish me off, he just didn't take it for whatever reason, whether he didn't realize it or he was trying to gain resources back. Didn't work out for them though.

The truth is it's ZOS'S game and they don't care what any vocal player says.

There must be some numbers somewhere supporting proc sets and people involvement in PVP.

    Cheers!
