Btw Smiff, i like your build setup. It's unique as hell. You play exactly like me, expect i use dw with the setry set and RML. I also use double take tho. Was nice to see how you used rapid's, i might have to give it a try.

2. Under 25 k health
3. No shields up
4. 0 impen traits
5. Not enough cp in hardy/crit resist
6. Don't slot rml
If ur a vamp who make sure u don't do at least 2 of the things above, one shots should be very rare.
Instead we have people who Wah Wah I want to wear 7 pieces in light or medium divines/infused, put 64 points into stam/magicka, not slot rml, not have shields up, play a full Dps build and not get one shot Wah Wah.
Guess what. You will get one shot and I will drink ur tears until you cure vamp or learn to modify your build.
Edit: also news flash: if you aren't a vamp and don't take said precautions you will also get one shot. The difference being ur death recap will read x2 snipe instead of x2 camo proc.
We got ourselves another 1 shot kid that didn't read the whole thread. Multiple people have already stated, including myself that people with 25k+ hp, 2k impen, 25% resistance, 1 heavy or 5 heavy with shields are still getting 1 shot. Being forced to run radiant magelight on both bars to counter a completely busted skill thats not working as intended is bullsh*t and everybody knows it.
Here's an example of this nonsense:
In this screenshot I had just respawned from being insta killed by a stealthed stam dk who did 31k damage to me which is overkill considering I had 29.3k hp. Keep in mind this is through 25% into crit resistance CP and 1750 Impen and about 12-20k physical resist, depening on channeled focus being active or not.
Also, you guys know that bug where you can't basic attack or block after you die? Yeah, that bug is associated with how fast you die, it has something to do with how much damage you take just before death, whether you get zerged and die instantly or if you get 1 shot by a single player. Not sure if that's the exact cause but i have to reload ui any time I get zerged and die instantly or i get 1 shot. Vamp or not. And I'm not the only player that has experienced this bug. It doesn't seem to happen when I get whittled down slowly either. Only insta gibs.

Wanna take a Guess at what killed you? Let me break it down for u.
Dk in stealth. Take one second to cast rally. Take one second to cast molten armaments. Spend 2 seconds charging heavy Attack. Animation cancel heavy Attack with silver shards. This did 23k+ damage to you and it should.
Why?
while someone spent around 5 seconds charging and buffing a full Wombo combo, u were sitting around pickin daisies. This is pvp. Keep moving. Or u will die.
Also this just points out nothing is wrong with camo hunter. All the player had to do was follow up that combo with another silver shards animation canceled with block and you'd be dead even with no camo hunter. If you want stealth damage looked into sure I can agree with that. But 80% of this thread is nerf camo hunter so naturally I tended to defend poor camo hunter which already has been nerfed.
ALSO, said player got really luck and scored 3 crits on u. Normally this wouldn't happen unless someone is running an insane mega crit build. And in a game where frags/Wb/snipes hit for 12-16k when player healths are in the range of 18-25k.... I don't see how it is mathematically not possible to 1-2 shot someone....

The second camo hunter proc is a death re-cap bug that sum's up all the damage done from that player regardless of the skill's he used. He could of used any combination of skills to kill his target. If the stealth damage proc from camo hunter kill's with the final blow... this bug occurs. Even though you may of been hit with several over abilities as well.
I for one, hit 14k with my camo hunter tooltip. I'm built for crit damage as well so if you take my critical damage modifer into account, I will hit you for 7k none crit and almost 13k critical in pvp (ignoring all other factor's such as armour/cp etc). Camouflage Hunter can still hit very hard and this 11k proc is on the low end.
If i hit someone who had radiant mage light and ton's of critical resistance and CP into hardy I would hit like a noodle. 50% less from RML, 40% less critical damage, 25% less damage from hardy. All this together would make me hit for like under 4k easy. Defiantly preventable.
I see nothing wrong about this death re-cap or "gank" that has happened to the "op". He was ganked by 2 player's which is hard enough on it's own to react and survive. Yet he was hit by a coordinated attack with two people specifically hunting vampire's since they were using silver shard's as well.
This is what happens when the counter to vampire's hit's you.
If player's want to claim this is mulit proc's and get camo hunter fixed by all mean's do it. However I'm sure this isn't mulit proc's.

People still get one shot with or without camo hunter and with or without being vampire. The thread is titled ONE SHOTS. Which is what people don't want happening. In other words u want main Dps skills like shards and Wb to hit in the range of 5k, or you want animation cancelling gone. Either way, zos will take about 2 years to make a change such as that. People can't have 20k health and skills be hitting for 15k. That's literally a 2 shot. With AC it can all land in 1 second making it a seeming 1 shot.

Go, go read it all, and please come back with EXACTLY how a vampire with 25k health stops silver bolt proced with camo hunter from being 1shot, i want the exact details please, untill then dont bother typing again
Camouflaged Hunter: Continued to fix additional issues where this ability could proc multiple times when hitting with a dual wield heavy attack. We will have this fully addressed in a future patch.
Camouflage Hunter: Fixed an issue where the stealth damage proc would occur multiple times in specific circumstances.

In terms of camo being bugged, who the hell cares? There are literally too many to keep track of and its been like this forever it ain't gettin fixed any time soon. I'm also willing to bet almost all of you run some aort of bugged skill or equipment or something. Reverb? Axe? Endurance/agility? 2 piece Kena? I could go on on.
If you are constantly gettin killed like this then you either have some adjustments to make or you're being stubborn and not willing to change anything.

Dude you cannot adjust you build enough to combat against getting hit by 34k damage in one second and dropping.

Don't get your hopes too high with camo being fixed, the last patch was what their 3rd attempt?
