Why are they doing maintenance for EU during day time now?
I'm guessing so they both deploy at the same time rather than EU having to wait while NA already has had the patch for hours?

I would be highly amazed that any gaming company, not just Zeni actually cares what EU thinks, the big money is in NA, we are a backwater, to test things out and can be ignored, lied too, etc etc.
why are they closing avery thread where there's a discussion of thislol

I was surprised that eu vs na one was closed. It was clear everyone was having some fun and not being offensive. Something we really needed during this extended downtime.. now we don't even have that.
They closed a similar thread and the reason is absolute rubbish, as there was trolling and baiting comments, really?, cos it looked like a funny discussion and related to subject, obviously we cannot voice our opinions in any way or shape or form.
Truth must hurt
beeeeeeeeeeeeecause thats not their job, im sure gina has no idea what went wrong nor can take the time out of a busy schedule to ask them so kindly to give us a report on the forums that wont solve anything

You know, a few days ago NA was out for a very long time too. Sometimes unexpected problems occur people. I'm EU side, not ESO + member and will only buy the dlc by the weekend when I have time to play, so I'm not in a rush myself, but you guys should have some patience...
They look like they are trying to fix a bug in the Introduction to Orsinium quest that has set in.
Why is it so difficult to take the less than five minutes to inform us on what went wrong with the EU server that did not happen on US?
True, NA has the update, but the quest is bugging for some people, maybe due to the amount of people trying to start it. Would EU players like to have the update ready with the same bug? Not so sure.

We know it's frustrating and you're just anxious to play, but please remember to keep your posts constructive; bashing will not be tolerated. Thanks for understanding guys, and we'll be opening shortly.
