    They closed a similar thread and the reason is absolute rubbish, as there was trolling and baiting comments, really?, cos it looked like a funny discussion and related to subject, obviously we cannot voice our opinions in any way or shape or form.

    I'm not bashing, and I've been rally satisfied with the game, except for some lag, but that doesn't bother me when the game is so beautiful. It just seems a bit unfair that we have to wait all day, and when servers are up it's night time, but then again, life's not fair :smiley: hope sever's not offline as long as the last time :smiley: patience is the key :smile:

    I was surprised that eu vs na one was closed. It was clear everyone was having some fun and not being offensive. Something we really needed during this extended downtime.. now we don't even have that.

    You know, a few days ago NA was out for a very long time too. Sometimes unexpected problems occur people. I'm EU side, not ESO + member and will only buy the dlc by the weekend when I have time to play, so I'm not in a rush myself, but you guys should have some patience...

    beeeeeeeeeeeeecause thats not their job, im sure gina has no idea what went wrong nor can take the time out of a busy schedule to ask them so kindly to give us a report on the forums that wont solve anything

    I left SWTOR because they used (and continue) to patch during day/evening time in Europe. I was here since beta, left after 4 months from launch. Came back and really liked the changes the game had. And really liked the maintenance starting at 3:00 am GMT. In the last month they started to behave like Bioware on SWTOR. Well if you do not care about european players, I won't care about your beautiful game.

    They look like they are trying to fix a bug in the Introduction to Orsinium quest that has set in.

    We'll just have to see if this results in further delays.

    well i'm not sure how much more my patience i have given that i've been waiting since 7.00am, but anyway i've like the threads on here and the have passed the time so thank you to all i've agreed with :wink:

    Irrelevant as the EU server hasn't even gone live.

    Maybe related to the recent DDOS attack on PC/Mac-EU. They need to make sure everything is waterproof ?
    Or something else entirely.

    As to why they don't inform us, that's been explained several times, though not in this thread : because it would cause an avalanche of "advice" from anyone here who thinks they can code software or manage a network better than ZOS. Which means : nearly everybody.

    True, NA has the update, but the quest is bugging for some people, maybe due to the amount of people trying to start it. Would EU players like to have the update ready with the same bug? Not so sure.

    No-one will know that before the EU servers go live, so I still don't se how this is even remotely relevant.

    As we mentioned in the main announcement thread, we plan on opening the EU megaserver likely within the hour. We did not intend to mislead everyone - initially, we had anticipated that EU would be ready before NA. However, things happen, and NA ended up being ready before EU this morning.

    We know it's frustrating and you're just anxious to play, but please remember to keep your posts constructive; bashing will not be tolerated. Thanks for understanding guys, and we'll be opening shortly. :)

    What other companies do when these things happen, is that they INFORM THE PLAYERS about it WHEN IT HAPPENS - not several hours later.
