I can't download it. It still shows "play" in the launcher. Restarted it several times and even ran a repair but nothing

I have to pause the download and resume, then in runs again... Tried the suggested stuff in general help, didn't work.. -_-
I'm higly frustrated, FPS issues + game crashing every 15 minutes (since last maintenance), update donwload messed up -_-

Can someone clarify for me; If i am able to login, and enter the game here on EU, where i can see all the new stuff in Crown Store, does that mean i am ready to go (accessing from Teamviewer at work)?

It's just that i had expected a major 15GB download which would last untill tomorrow morning or something. I checked the status like one hour ago, and everything was offline. Now i checked it, and status is online. But when i get the launcher window, it just says "play" .. No Download, no Nothing. When i get into the game, and spawn in Riften, i can see all new items in crownstore etc.

Anyone know what is going on? i KNOW i did not download this entire thing in an hour, and i just did not notice it? or ?

There is "Check for Updates" link in "Game Options" section in ESO launcher, click it and if there is no need to download, probably you downloaded it. However its not 15gb, its 4gb approx. Also launcher, auto downloading new patch if its open.

Mine just finished in 47 minutes with a speed of 2.3 Mb/s.
