I have never understood why argonians were given the resto staff and quick to mend passive. As reptiles are known to "physically" regenerate body parts. Why would they delve into magical regeneration? They are the one race that would need it the least. I suppose it's fantasy and you can write it however you want but it still just seems wrong to me. The Nord racials (regen and rugged/scale skin) make more sense for argonians but I'm sure they didn't want to double up on things in the same faction.

That resto staff passive is a joke. You do realize after you hit 50 in resto staff, like.. a level 10 character who wants to heal, its useless? Its not that you use the resto staff more efficiently, its that you go from 1-50 in training the line faster.

Power level to CP160 in a week:
Where is the end game? You just played it.
Why don't I have 300+ skill points? Because you skipped content along the way.
    Where is new content? Sigh.

Yes I realize that. It's usefulness was not my argument. ;)

I have the imperial edition and have never and will never role an imperial they are boring. I couldn't care less about there passives so if they need a nerf fine no problem here. I didn't buy that edition to p2w just for the mount and other goodies.
The bosmer passive I am really enjoying and do not think its op as redguard have higher stamina (more damage_ and 2 regen passives. bosmer have increased stealth radius bow expertise which are useless at endgame pve. I may be biased as I have 2 bosmer but I would like to see a side by side comparison of a redguard and a bosmer with the same gear etc.

Here is what I think the Argonian passives should look like:

Guerrilla Warfare Expertise (3 ranks) – Increases movement speed while stealthed by (7/14/21)% and increases non magicka based attacks while stealthed by (3/6/9)%

Amphibian Physiology (3 ranks) – Increases swimming speed by 50% and health regen (7/14/21)%

Argonian Hardiness (3 ranks) – Increases maximum Health by (3/6/9)% and Increases Poison/Disease resistance by 1440. Disease resistance should apply directly to disease abilities, lessening their effect by a flat amount (including meatbag catapults)

This is completely in line with other races.

This is perfect. ZOS would never do it, though. I just think racial abilities are an afterthought at this point and they're focusing on other things. Sucks for those of us that want to roll Argonian at a severe handicap to other races. I know it's just a game, but it's a little bit depressing.
