Well see thats a bit vague as we all have been beta testing this product for a year, well earned if you ask me. Thing is all this confusion wouldnt have been here if their wording would've been more clear. And pay to win term is as far away as it can get when it comes to this mount or mask skin.
We havent been beta testing for a year. When you say stuff like that people refuse to take you seriously. Including developers and community managers.

✭✭✭I honestly do not understand any need for ZOS to be a stickler here. In my opinion, anyone who has PAID for 300 days by March 16 should be eligible. If someone buys the game on March 15 and immediately applies 10 different 30 day time cards, then they are eligible for the Striped Senche mount. These are cosmetic items which no impact on actual gameplay. I don't think the rules need to be so restrictive for receiving them.0 -

I would be perfectly content with EOS discontinuing Loyalty Program, but still giving the chance for players who have applied additional gametime, exceeding 9-months miletone, to qualify for the Loyalty Mask, even after the Loyalty Program ends.
But that would require a far more complex coding power than just making the criteria same as the Senche Mount.0 -

It has always been financial loyalty and there's nothing wrong with that. Even according to the old rules, people who buy the game and start subbing today would get all loyalty rewards - just a year later than everybody else. You can't just claim that we are less loyal than those who have subscribed ESO since its launch. If you read the comments carefully, you will note that we have participated in the Beta, have preordered and purchased physical AND softcopy of Imperial Editions, have attended PAX solely to see ESO's contents, and etc. and the only reason why we couldn't start from the launch date was because of extraordinary RL circumstances. Our loyalty to ESO still stands not in any way lesser than those have started the game since launch and we all deserve a chance to show our unflinching loyalty by being able to pay out the remaining subscription time so we can also qualify for the Loyalty Mask.
For many of us, Elder Scrolls series is about collecting unique and rare items. By taking the Mask right in front of us, we will be left with a big hole that will never get filled. Zenimax/Betheta specifically said that all loyalty items will be available for all those who subscribe in the future. They can't just give us one month period to sort things out and not give us the chance to fulfill the criteria to receive the LAST loyalty reward. We all deserve a chance.1 -

Kahz✭I personally don't think this was possibly without everyone's help bringing this to attention to the GM's, you've guys have been great and thank you to the guys at ZOS for clearing this up.
In regards to those who argue we should not receive this; the bottom like is Loyality cannot be gauged by the when we started playing but how much we invested into the francise. Our RL are all different and due to circumstances some are not able to subscribe at some point during another, as mentioned countless times.
Honestly if you boast about how you never unsubscribed and how loyal you are, then I am sure a few more people getting some digital items won't suddenly make your loyalty waver. Unless you just want to appear more special than the masses, just admit it but don't throw words like fairness or loyal around.2 -

Some people used subscriptions to bump themselves not pre paid cards. Buy 90 days sub, cancel, but another 90 day sub, cancel.
