It's enough to get points at least and have occasional small engagements a group of 6 high ranked people can take keeps and resources by themselves and can also gank smaller enemy groups. I've done that myself. If you can't fight the enemy head on, do it in other ways. Sure it will not give back the map control, but at least it can be fun to use this hit&run tactics.
Also, it's not skill that's the issue. I'll prove that to you this week during our skirmish.
The only AD worth a damn on your side are rhaeyns and grasshipper lol. The rest of you are dog ***.
The other issue is no ebonheart wants to leave wabbajack. It's actually fun and fair there.

appreciate your enthusiasm, if not the way you express it
we're looking forward to skirmish

usually when we fight there the picture is something like this - though the bars can flip during the day so the numbers in each alliance are constantly shifting, as is the balance of power

Yup, figured. SC is just maintained as a buff for the AD who are there, it seems. Swing in long enough to make sure the buff isn't even slightly challenged, then go play on your real campaign.
I was excited to see some activity on the AD side. I lost all excitement once i realized how easy DC got demoralized and left the campaign.Dleatherus wrote: »
in it you will be able to understand when the noore came to SC, that the map was TOTALLY blue every day, day after day, that we would fight for HOURS just to take Black Boot, only to see it lost 20 minutes later, that DC not only gate camped, but actually camped in stealth in a semi circle around the safe area we jump off right at our own home gate

We will return, in due time.

not quite sure why every post you make here is antagonistic towards the noore -
i would suggest that you read this thread here:

it has 123 comments in it and is a Skull Crusher thread from a whiles ago

what you won't see is us whining or complaining
along with other AD players in zone (since we do NOT claim to be 'THE' AD in Skull Crusher, though we are a significant factor) we fought hard to wrestle this campaign from enemy alliance control - the only imbalance is that not all of the enemy alliance members had the same determination, and as a result many left for easier kills elsewhere
we helped make Skull crusher our home - it's part of what AvAvA is about - i have suggested both here, and in several other threads, what players and ZOS might look at doing in order to improve pvp under the current situation
it would be very easy for us to simply take the attitude of 'you want it? - fight for it and take it like we did!'
however many of us recognize that the imbalance isn't caused by other members in the player community, rather by the campaign mechanics set in place that we have to deal with
you can read about a suggestion i made that could address this issue NOW here:

i am looking forward to seeing a constructive post from you with suggestions as well, instead of the constant toxic trolling and sniping

p.s. i have yet to see a sports team that has lots of trophies look at another team and say'hey, you haven't won a superbowl/world series/olympic medal etc - here - i'll let you win so you can take one
i DO see a lot of determined competitive folks year after year try and achieve it
i DO know most of those competing would be absolutely disgusted at having it handed to them
newsflash - AvAvA is a competitive, if not always balanced, environment

if you're not already in it, could be you want to join in the skirmish night being organized for wed/thu nite?

Despite playing only one character since the 5-day early access, I'm still just short of VR1 due to school/life/etc. Leveling is still more of a priority for me at the moment so I doubt I'd be competitive in an organized skirmish. (This is maybe why I'm more optimistic about numbers balancing out than many, as well. I imagine others who plan on focusing mostly on PvP are in the same boat.)
I like the idea, though.
I'll 1v1 you anyday to make my point just to put you in your place

Disappointing amount of tweaked-ego chest-pounding and "meet me behind the bathroom" forum noise, but very little talking about what makes the foundation of a great guild in any alliance. Set aside for one moment personal views on play-style - it is hard not to notice that a guild like the Noore which started organizing well over a year before release, built a player-centered vision of what a great guild could be, began recruiting, created and maintained a web presence, started soc media pages, planed both PvE & PvP events and socialized like crazy can do to succeed in all phases of the game with an emphasis on fun and member focus. The effort the Noore founders put into creating their guild would have been successful in any alliance and i suspect they would prove very successful on any map. Dis Dleathrus all you want but until you can do better in organizing, recruiting and leading an organization you are just noise.
I've encountered some pretty powered builds doing PvE w my <15 in Cyrodiil {a nasty vamp named Bobbie comes immediately to mind] and i can't wait to see the vids from this event but "putting [someone] in their place" in 1v1 does not address what makes successful AvAvA play and speaks zero to the quality of any guild - i would rather hear about successful team based tactics & strategies, how to counter zergs, etc that really prove something about a guild's leadership, preparation, team quality and effectiveness than more noise. Hopefully our EP and EC alliances will have some mature leadership step up and start balancing the maps - along with some much needed condensing by Zeni..
