@ZOS_Kevin We need someone in leadership to address this.
Enough passing blame. 6 months and this crap is still going. Enough if enough. Get in a room with leadership and get something of value typed up.
"Working on it", "aware".
Enough. We are tired of this.

Worse than “Working on it”, “aware”
We’re getting responses like…Hi all, we wanted to provide you with a small update. As many of you know, overall performance in any online game can be affected by a variety of different factors, many of which are outside of our influence.
This either tells us that someone outside of Zenimax is preventing us from the solution, or they truly believe it’s on our end.

Server started crapping itself as I was logging on to check auctions, now I'm looking at a 2hr down to 15m wait time to log in. Lol. Typical.

porting between homes, start: grahtwood: grand topal hideaway, destination coldharbour(surreal estate).
Never reached destination, connection dropped with "UNABLE TO CONNECT TO SERVER" error message. All other internet connectivity is very good, very stable and reliable.
Please can someone at zos update us regarding the progress and any results of your investigations into these particular issues?
I should like to add that your customers have been very patient thus far with this and other issues but there are limits. The lack of progress or updates is quite concerning, and can lead to speculation which is more likely to be negative the longer this reticence continues on zos' part.
Thanks.
