So sad and shaken that once again gifting has been denied for all my accounts including my main (since beta). No use to continue supporting this game for which I have been loyal all this decade (spending thousands of dollars buying Crown Packs and buying ESO+ on my alternate accounts too). I will continue playing until my ESO+ ends shortly. Perhaps someone can suggest which add-ons should I use to make inventory management less painful when my subscription ends.

I am getting a little confused now. The second ticket I filed has been "closed as duplicate". Duplicate of what? The first ticket I filed was marked as "Closed by Customer" when in fact that is untrue and I never closed that ticket. So I filed a new one and now that was "Closed as Duplicate"
What is going on here? I'd really appreciate it if someone could straighten this out so that I can actually have a ticket stay open for more than 24 hours

I can't, there is no way to comment on it any longer. It specifically says that this ticket cannot be reopened or commented.

I've played ESO for years. Always buy the newest expansions, usually have an ESO+ sub, but somehow my account cannot send crown gift.
I wrote that ticket 2 weeks ago but there is no support or a single reply from ESO support team.
