How to counter Malubeth users in PvP.

I wish I had gotten a set of it back when it was first released... 2 seconds was the thing about the set that I thought made it not good... but the reality is that 2 seconds is an eternity when it comes to PvP. Someone that goes to use their Rally, for instance, that big heal just got treated like a B... then they are forced to go completely defensive... and by then it's lights out.. NIGHT NIGHT!!

i had this set in my bank for several months and last night was the first time I have ever used it. It's like having a pocket healer just for you. Procs multiple times super strong I had 15 people on me at one point and I survived for way to long. I kinda felt like I had a small emp buff to be honest.

How does rally get big? At 33k stam and 3k ish wpn dmg, it says 800 per 2 sec.... or 400 in PvP in 2 secs... or 200 hps per sec. At 500% increase it becomes the same as Vigor. Wtf am I missing?

You don't know about Rally "burst heal?"

When you re-cast Rally while it's already applied, you get a burst heal.
The strength of the heal is relative to the amount of time Rally was active.
The closer you are to the total duration of Rally (33 seconds), the bigger the heal.

If you immediately re-cast Rally 5 seconds, it barely heals you.
But, if you re-cast Rally when it's been on for the past 20-25 seconds, you will get a really nice heal.


EDIT: if it wasn't for this "burst heal" somewhat on command, people would not be using Rally but Forward Momentum without any hesitation.

Ah HA! I wasn't sure if that's how it worked... thanks buddy! Any idea on what time = what kind of heal?

oh I got to test out this Malubeth , can I also buy it from the golden vendor in Cyro, or Telvar vendors in IC?

I somehow got shoulders of this set, probably in IC or Cyro as drop.
