I don't believe its Ai but rather someone in game reporting it, forcing CS to act. Or atleast that was the vibe I got from them when I had a forced name change for "Strokes the Staff" that was a several year old name when it occured....

Re: PTS Update 47 - Feedback Thread for Naj-Caldeesh Dungeon
I've completed this dungeon three times with three different groups, twice during PTS 1 and once during PTS 2.
I don't really have much to say about this dungeon. It's a perfectly cromulent dungeon, with fun side areas, and we enjoyed going through it.
It's this DLC's Exiled Redoubt, but I think it's fine to have an easier dungeon so that the DLC can cater to a wider range of players rather than have both be amped up to Black Gem levels.
A few specific things that we noticed during the PTS 2 run:

A few specific things that we noticed during the PTS 2 run:
- During PTS 2, we noticed that we could open the drawbridge without having two people on the plates at the same time. I'm not sure if this is an intended change that missed the notes or if this was a bug.
- During PTS 2, the final boss encounter got stuck. Talen-Lah had left and Bar-Sakka, instead of joining the fight, just kept rolling around the side indefinitely. We had to wipe to reset this encounter. This problem did not occur on the next pull. I'll try to post a video of it later.
- During PTS 2, the final phase of the final boss encounter, where we fight Talen-Lah while Bar-Sakka is in the fight arena but immune, happened with over 6M health remaining on Bar-Sakka, whereas during PTS 1, Bar-Sakka was almost dead. We're not sure if this is intended or if it's a bug.

It would also be nice if they could finally fix the Frostbite set. It's been broken for ages and has been pointed out pretty much every PTS patch for several years and we've yet to hear any communication on it.

Actually came in here to see what others said about doing those achievements... @code65536 since you've done both, can I ask what you thought?
The optional side content can be completed on normal. For Black Gem Foundry, these are pretty straightforward find-the-secret-and-beat-up-the-guy-inside type things.
For Naj Caldeesh, they are... different. In a good and entertaining way.
For Naj Caldeesh, you will need 4 players to complete the side content. It's fun, and I think people will enjoy it, but you will need 4 like-minded people who don't mind taking the time to, um, fully experience what these detours have to offer.

Naming and shaming in zone chat is already against the TOS.
Slander is already against the TOS. If someone is going around spreading false rumors about you, report them and present your evidence.
These two things are harassment and against the TOS. Report that person and block them.
A person telling their friends and guild mates about a true negative experience that they had with you is neither of those things. It is them telling their own story. Truth is an ultimate defense against defamation in real life. Victims don't have to be silent.
Not guilty until proven innocent is about courts of law and stripping away rights. It is not about silencing victims from speaking to their own support networks about what happened to them.
A person putting you on their block list or a guild block list is exercising their right to freedom of association. Even if they do so for untrue reasons that only exist in their head, they have a right to choose who they want to associate with. Just move on with your life and associate with someone else.

Re: Zerith-Var impossible to get collectible
I recently finished Zerith-var's favor on 7/9/2025 for achievement with beggar being the last one needed. I originally earned Give to the Poor on 12/29/2015 and I did both on the character who earned the original achievement. The beggars will still spawn after you have the achievement, but it may take some waiting and I had to wait until after Zenithar's event ended because the Zenithar encounters share a spawn with them. I'm on PC NA, can't speak for other platforms.

As far as I have found, shelving those individual books is a herculean task, of which I would love a simpler solution to put together, and no, I do not use EHT at all, nor would I want to.
Stack your books on the ground, link them, then place the entire stack on a bookshelf. Much easier that way.

the leads are RNG, ive gotten some back to back and some like 10 maps in between
the one thing to note is that if you are going for motif leads you cannot get duplicate leads if you dont dig them up
so if your bulk looting treasure maps, its best to not dig up any leads until your done with the maps

I had the achievement way before Zerith-Var became available, and I was able to give to the poor and have it count. So it's not that.

Re: Khajiit First-Person vs. Third-Person speech
I was wondering if anyone knows the lore behind Khajiit speaking in third person (i.e. "this one says", "Pacrooti does not understand") versus first person? I did a little digging on TES lore sites and found some references that make it sound like Khajiit who speak in first person have to master the speech pattern (usually with some difficulty) sometimes to fit in with other races.
There seem to be quite a few first person speaking Khajiit in Southern Elsweyr compared to Northern. The first time I heard it, I was thrown for a loop, but apparently that isn't totally unheard of.
Setting and context also do make a difference. Senchal is presently governed by a council largely over seen by the Imperial Legion General in the city.
Furthermore, Pellitine (southern Elsweyr) was always more cosmopolitan and aristocratic than Anequina, meaning that greater degrees of education are probable. Keep in mind that in history, ruling classes in some cases had their own languages, such as the English nobles and royalty speaking French for several generations. It wouldn't be unlikely that more refined Aristocrats are more used to contemporary speech patters in things such as first and third person.
