I am not discussing their actions, i got same warning before, as well. I am just asking what got people a warning before, especially about doing emotes, not discussing about them. The section you posted is also about the forums, i am asking for in-game.
I've heard of players being banned for aoe farming on the spawn points inside a keep but idk if its a real thing.
Basically doing some negative action against another player you can be banned if it can be deemed harassment so its best to just avoid this.

If you’re doing something that another player asks you to stop, or they try to ask you anyways, and you keep doing it, that is considered harassment. Being in sneak to camp a body to prevent them from being rezzed, doing nothing else, is just a PVP tactic. All alliances do it, and though it is annoying to the dead, you’re only preventing an in-game tactic with another in-game tactic.

Not 100% sure about ESO specifically but with Steam it's really easy to move games around. You just specify steam libraries to different drives and move your stuff around from Steam menus.
I've always installed ESO with official launcher, with it it's really easy to move to a different location (or another pc) if you know Windows basics.

Whether or not you can get Botanist on an individual character or not is moot.
However knowing all the traits for every reagent, base game and dlc, does trigger higher multiples for Alchemy Surveys. Lazy Learner Addon helps with this. Not sure if it matters, but I run through the solvents too.

LOL'ing just a bit because I've been there... sure, I can spare some gold, but the all-knowing devs not only made you destitute, but non-interactable. Bites to be you, buddy, and there's nothing I can do about it. 'Course there is the opposite problem of making them interactable, letting players give them 5g or whatever, and then they're still there 10 years and however many millions of players later talking about how poor they are.

Thats one of the things I miss about three team, there was no real queue. Games popped back to back to back with what... 45 seconds in the spawn and then go time whether you had all four people or not?
It's the second biggest issue behind the MMR resets, that the games don't start without having full teams. I can't think of any one I have ever met in the game who would rather waste 5 minutes of their life trapped in spawn, instead of starting at a disadvantage and waiting for a fill.
The way the queue works now, is it offers a spot to a person that they have 45 seconds to decide whether they accept or not. The game will not offer this spot to anyone else while that person is waiting, but that isn't the end of it. If they don't accept they get a 30 second cooldown where they can't queue again for battlegrounds. During this 30 seconds the game is still not offering the queue spot to another person. You get a grace period of 35-45 seconds, where as long as you queue within something like 5-15 seconds of the cooldown ending you will be placed in the game you failed to accept.
That is a great idea when you missed the queue by accident and you still have a chance to get in. It's not such a great idea when it only takes 2 or 3 afk people missing queue and it can tank a whole lobby for 7-15 other people. This is also the reason you will see far more games fail to start during PVP events where games should be more active. There is a higher percentage of people just queueing for a daily quest or whatever and doing other things while they wait. Nothing against those players, they have their own priorities. It's too easy for people to blame casual players when this entire problem is recent and a direct result of the changes they made to how games start in U44, when they brought in 2-team BGs.
If ZOS let the games start again, those players wouldn't be responsible for wasting 5 minutes of everyone's time. If they stopped resetting MMR, when the casual players do finally accept their queues, they would be placed with/against other similarly casual players and everyone would have a better time.

Second thing, some person put a forward camp over the well near Aelswell Castle, so if you used it, you were stuck, you could not move and if under attack couldn't even use a recall stone. We couldn't take much damage, so we couldn't die to respawn. The only way to get out would be kill the game. Some DC took pity on us and managed to kill us with a CF ballista. I put a message in zone chat asking not to put forward camps over wells and got a reply XD from someone, so I assume they did it. This cannot be done accidentally.
Are EP so feared that other alliances have to resort to these tactics?

I won't delve in "conspiracy theories" about players but it's been years hearing stories about how "Cyro PvP is a mafia", if not here, on Reddit, YouTube, etc... When I've experienced it myself I've totally lost interest in Cyrodiil, Emperor title and everything associated.
Unfortunately I don't think there's anything the devs can do to change this situation.
