Yes, I did a vKA HM trifecta (Dawnbringer) in 2 pulls. To be fair, most of the team was fairly experienced in the HM trial, a healer used a shielding-heavy build, and vKA is considered one of the easier trials for DPS players even before U46. We were also lucky on the final boss. Usually, the the biggest cause of failure are the Torturer spawns on the 3rd floor. The torturers can come from any direction. It takes the OT 2 seconds to grab both of them. If group members fail to dodge a loose torturer in those 1-2 seconds, they die and fumble the trifecta. In our run, the torturers arrived on top of main boss, so they were highly visible to the group, already took cleave damage and died quickly. For reference, a 4:10 min Falgraven fight was possible in u44 by top tier players, but that involves 10 DPS and supports also DPSing, instead of the usual 2 tank 2 healer 8 DPS composition.

In my opinion, for both mag and stam templar spec, the meta skills have remained the same over the years, 2018 and 2024, with staples: Jabs, Power of the Light, Dawnbreaker ult. The backbar has the same skills: Rearming trap, endless hail or some other weapon ground aoe, caltrops. Hybridization allowed classes to use a greater variety of class skills. I am fine with hybridization, but I hope ZOS consolidates the Weapon/Spell damage and critical stats so the game can be simpler. Having the stamina/magicka stat difference already makes ESO builds more personal and more complicated to craft compared to other MMORPGs.

I am a bit more concerned that the entry level to veteran content has more barriers. Now, HM rosters look like dissertations, with 3 skill lines, specific scribing skills, sets, and CPs dictated by the raid lead. I was okay with raid leads dictating sets and classes, which turns off some casual players, but it doesn't affect the character's roleplay that much. ESO has always needed spreadsheets and calculators to find the optimal penetration and crit damage. But now with rosters so convoluted, I find this kinda disgusting for what's supposed to be an RPG game. It feels like the I'm looking for a man in finance meme...

For vKA HM, powercreep made the trifecta easier to get. Damage was high enough that we only had 1 set of torturers to kill. In the past, most average trifecta groups dealt with 2 sets. Still, I was capable of getting Dawnbringer since several patches ago, but couldn't due to my schedule. The biggest barrier to completing trifectas is mainly social.
The difference between healer classes was already present before U46. Templars were known for being better raw healers in chaotic fights. Wardens brought the clutch tree ultimate, desirable Minor Toughness and Major Resolve buffs, but needed more discipline from their party members because their healing AoEs aren't as big. Now you can have both in a single healer.
As a warden healer, Lep Seclusa HM became easier when I swapped to a Restoring Light skill line. On the Noriwen boss fight, the room is honestly too big. If the tank gets chained and debuffed by Noriwen, I have to prioritize the tank, but I cannot turn around and heal skittish and sluggard DPS players as a regular warden. They typically die to a 1-shot fire tornado, or if I run out of mag due to excessive and inefficient healing. The extra healing done from the Restoring Light passive, the large circle from Extended Ritual, and the sustain from the Channeled Focus skill helped a lot in that fight. Barrier ultimate takes too long to build up, so the warden classic Healing Thicket was useful in this dungeon.
Without me subclassing as a healer, the DPS would not have been able to play as sloppily. They kept complaining about sustain issues even though I wore sustain boosting gear as a healer (Master Restoration staff and Symphony of Blades monster set). If the DPS stayed pure, they would have sustain from their normal class lines and not run out of stamina so easily. Overall, the experience was fairly annoying to me. People expect to bring their glass cannon trial builds to HM dungeons and clear easily. It is a social expectation that puts more pressure on supports to choose the correct skill lines, and less pressure on DPS to build properly, which is something I don't like.
In general, I think playing a healer is harder than before U46. Playing a tank became a little easier. Playing a DPS is about the same. If things are kept the way they are, training and finding a good healer will become the bottleneck for endgame content, if it hasn't already.

I was worried the day I learned Microsoft had taken over.
Then came the news that Matt "The Creator/Driving force" behind the games sudden departure.
and the latest thing, Microsoft laying of so many loyal, creative and hard working people.
I am worried about the games future, I have been playing this game since BETA and this is the most worrying time for me.
My confidence in Microsoft has been shaken to its core, so much so I have cancelled my subscription.
I see dwindling numbers playing this beautiful game (my eyes don't lie), I have seen content decline over the past 2, 3, even 4 years. This years 'Content Pass' has to be the weakest yet..
I am really worried about the future of the game I have spent so many hundreds of hours playing, I have seen guilds rise and then vanish. Made many many friends from across the world. Have lost some friends I have made here to Illness and I miss them still. When I started in Beta, I was I was 53 years old, I am now 65.
I just have this nagging feeling that this is the beginning of the end.
If it is the beginning of the end, it will be a slow process, and much can happen between now and then. I think we have to let the dust settle and see what happens for next year and 2027. Most of the content for next year has probably already been completed, so it's going to be in 2027 that the impact of these cuts is most likely felt the most. In any case, I'd say we have lots of time left yet with the game.
My biggest concern actually is spending thousands on the game and a sub and then getting permabanned for no apparent reason, it seems to be happening more and more. So I take the approach now that I don't spend any more than I can afford to throw down the toilet when any of us at any time can suddenly feel the ban hammer, be it a temporary ban or permanent. There are far too many examples of this happening for us to feel comfortable that it's a very rare occurrence, and as no doubt some support staff have lost their jobs or been reallocated, the people who will run appeals, ie their safety team, must be stretched to the limit.

The second day of any MMO is the "beginning of the end." All of them eventually shut down or go into maintenance mode. Enjoy the game for as long as you feel it is worth playing. Once you no longer feel it is worth it, find something else to do. I know EQ is still going strong, but I can't imagine still playing it today even though I put in so many hours when it came out.

I returned to the game after almost 3 years of absence. My game was fine back then but now the loading takes forever and the stuttering is almost impressing. Doing daily writs with my 18 chars takes 2 hours, bc of all the waiting when changing.
My frames drop constantly below 30 in cities and in cyro last night it was 5-7 fps when fighting in keep. That is unplayable. I put all addons off but Pvp related (only 5) and all graphic setting either low or off. All cores in action. No other programs running besides discord.
I absolutely love PvP and that brought me back with subclassing. But yeah I really don't know if I can stay and that is sad.

You keep saying this, but you're not offering any fixes or telling us what you think they did to cause the FPS issues. So, what can we do if the issue is client side. Or please be more clear about what you think ZOS did and why we can't undo it if the issue is client side.

I play from Southeast Asia on PCNA GH.
So far I’ve had two occasions of everyone except me being frozen in time for a minute before I disconnect. Once was while all alliances were poplocked and I was in a 12 person group during a large fight at Sejanus (side note, is that random loading screen that always happens between Sejanus and BRK ever going to go away?) and once was while approaching Roebeck mine in a group with four others and AD and EP were one bar with DC three bars, no fight going on.
When it happens, it looks like this reddit post. So while it’s not limited to MYM it does seem to happen more frequently:

I have been banned
I didnt get an email with a reason as to why I was banned but I think I am banned for calling a rage baiting troll a dumb ***. Players swear all the time I have seen this used loads of times I didnt think it’s a bannable thing.
This is technically my first offence as the other ban was for an error on ZENIMAX studios part, getting permenently banned for swearing is a bit heavy handed don't you think? on a game that's is 18+, I didnt use slurs or anything heinous like that.

performance is especially bad when trying to use melee builds. More so than usual. I play pvp all the time and I have done entire streams for Whitestrakes and Its incredibly frustrating trying to land melee skills, they don't go off. Not exactly sure where the problem lies but here is a stream where within the first encounter I die to a cc bug (cant break free) https://youtube.com/live/mNpRiL-m2do?si=J5qAp2Xt8Nhi69AZ and the cc bug has been RAMPANT during this event as well. Ill have proper stamina management and I just am not allowed to break free.
As the stream goes on, I fuss a bit about how my skills dont fire and nothing will cast, and you can see it in the stream if you watch it a bit.
(Side note stage 4 will also not register for some reason randomly, though this has been an issue for about a year now.)
I also have a bunch of other streams as well where I have the same issues but that stream I have linked is a good example pretty quickly of the general issues folks are talking about in this thread.
There is also the FPS Drops. this event has been horrible for them, and I have even lowered my game quality to 480p with every setting turned as low as possible for the memes and still have fps drops.
Bow builds/ ranged builds seem fairly reliable (more reliable than melee) in whitestrakes mayhem but they are not free from this performance either. you cast a skill from range and then seconds later it goes off when you don't event press the button, and the time for it to deal damage after casting can be anywhere from 1 second to 5 seconds before you see the numbers above the enemies heads. I have been desynced by and have desynced people with this a lot this event.
Also I play from North Carolina if that helps.
