Long time absent player just wondering if they added underwater content yet.
Does ESO have underwater swimming, quests, or treasure?
Devs have stated a few times that ESO engine does not support the kind of floating directional freedom that underwater movement requires and it would be a major overhaul of core game code to allow it. I guess never-say-never but I would be shocked if true underwater content is ever added.
The "Graven Deep" DLC dungeon does have underwater content, but it is limited and you basically just walk around on ocean floor in an air bubble. That is probably as close as we will get.

I totally agree with this and I don't understand what problem other people have with it. I think it's very well put and polite. I guess, some people have spent way too much money on cosmetics in games and are easily triggered when they see something reasonable that contradicts with their lifestyle choices.
I hate those sorts of comments. Poor people need happy lives too. Even if they don't have a lot of money, they will spend some small part of it on discretionary purchases because stress relief and happiness are actually necessities for good mental health. And you cannot tell by a single, relatively cheap purchase if someone is spending themselves out of house and home.
It's on them to police their own spending and fun absolutely should be part of their purchases. Making such judgemental statements is never helpful.

It's entirely your choice of course, and we have no idea what your situation is, but if you need to wait for your salary payment to be able to gather a few tens of dollars to spend, it sounds like you might wish to reconsider whether a purely cosmetic item for a computer game is really the best use of your funds? Naturally value and enjoyment are different for everyone, and this is coming from someone who just doesn't think this cosmetic is worth this amount of real-world money even when one can easily afford it.
I'm sorry, but I think a few of us missed the ceremony which bestowed upon you the authority to police other players
on their personal expenditures.

Even setting aside how buggy the skill is—whether it’s breaking out of it or getting clipped into terrain—this mastery has no business being as strong as it is compared to the other class masteries. Arcanist’s mastery (which is BiS in PvE) is already getting heavily nerfed on the PTS, but Warden’s mastery is still completely overloaded. Meanwhile, most of the other class masteries are just minor stat boosts that only proc under super specific conditions.

Being able to having 40k+ openers out of blue shouldnt be allowed. This is very unhealthy gameplay. Just change it so that you can do that kind of damage from stealth only if you are already engaged in combat. Otherwise there are these kind of players that just want to grief other people and what is the point of that? Why should i need 50k defences and 5k resistances just because this can happen? This is one of the many broken gameplay mechanics of ESO PvP, which a lot of players abuse, this is not a feature. What is the point of killing a standing still AD watching a fight between DC and EP, especially when you know the player traveled there alone and will have to travel another 5 minutes if you just kill them like that? This is pure griefing.
And about streaking 5 times a row, it is not about escaping from 1v1s, when you play in a far away castle, you can almost be 100% sure that this "fair" "1v1" will escalate to a "fair" "5v1" before you can even notice it. So no thanks, there are no "1v1"s in Cyrodiil there are only your friends crouching near you waiting for the correct time to get out of stealth. You dont need to escape from 1v1s in ESO, they are very stale (except this new blastbones, grim focus, overload, streak build, when i see that coming, i streak away for my life).
Lastly about my build, i cant gank anyone, i play the most predictable playstyle ever that exists in ESO since like 10 years, i still play curse overload frags combo, so you just block it or dodge it whenever you see the purple cloud around you and you know that it will explode, cant get any easier..
It was 28k damage not 40k, you had no shield, and not even instant. That includes multiple Templar beam ticks, it's not a good build I was just testing. Burst was basically just bow heavy and anthelmirs.
Your time isn't that valuable if you can spend 5 minutes stood AFK on a rock watching other people fight. Then 3v1 a 20k HP ganker with vamp toggle and sit tbagging for another 2 minutes.
Also openly admitting to playing offline just so you can tbag people and not receive whispers won't stop them from getting you banned, interesting admission though.
Like I'm not against tbagging in general but there's a level of petty which is too low.

All we know is it's in October. It's also a multipart event, and the first two phases will be live at some point after U47 releases.
I'm expecting it'll be planned like in-game events where the start time will be unified across all servers.

You do realize some people do budget by allocating only a portion of their regular salary towards frivolous/impulse/luxury purchases right? The OP may just well be able to afford it no problem, but doesn't dip outside their discretionary allotments until replenished.
We as fellow players are in no position to judge.
