Re: Nightblade invisibility needs to roll back
Not to sound antagonistic, but it makes sense things would change for an MMO after 3 years. The current invisibility skill is definitely more rewarding for all kinds of slower play right now. If built right, you can pop invisibility for a few seconds for the buffs and turn it off manually or automarically by attacking/using a different skill or use it for non-combat situations like lock-picking or stealing and have a harder time being caught. Being in Cyrodiil right now and using the skill to set long-term ambushes is pretty neat as well since it has a decreased cost when being still and Magicka Recovery is re-activated.
I would have to say the best bet is to not revert it, but to simply alter the other morph it has to be the "reverted" version. That way it has the best of 2 worlds with invisibility.

We aren't asking for an assistant to do our daily writs to earn surveys. We already did the work. We just want an assistant to now gather the items we already earned.
I disagree. You did a crafting writ and was rewarded for that writ with gold and maybe a piece of armor or something. The survey is a new task with it's own reward. If an antiquity lead drops while you are running around killing skeevers you have to go dig up that lead. You don't get to have an assistant do it because you took the trouble to kill a skeever.
Surveys are rewards from doing writs, not a separate new task. The only way to get surveys is from writ turn ins.
Leads are not objects we receive that we need to store if we don't get to them right away like surveys are. Surveys either have to be used or take up space in our inventory.
We already have hirelings that bring us crafting materials every day if we put the skill points into that feature. Why is it ok for them to gather for us, but not an assistent for surveys?

Clubbing seals are only fun for the clubber.
Respawning 20 times to try to get 1 quest is not fun.
Learning curves are only obtainable if you survive long enough to figure out what you are doing.
The only thing most of these people learn, is to turn and run... Just to get mowed down.
The reason WHY its dead in IC, is because its not fun when there is a clear winner and loser. And I dont mean, just get good (because that attitude sucks) I mean, you walk into PvP and die in less then 2 secs.. and again... and again... and again.
And you walk away with no intention of ever going back.
Why is IC dead? because there are 1 to 4 sweaties killing everyone at their spawn.
Oh! And... Lowest latency usually wins.
Did I forget anything? Oh right! Currency... new players are literally currency for people. So again, not fun for new players.

Killing Questers - I think I owe someone and apology
This Mayhem I've spend a decent amount of time protecting questers in IC as well as a bit in Cyro. Not as much as I usually do, because life's been lifeing on me. Needless to say, I'm team don't kill questers. I have in the past admonished other pvpers for killing questers.
To those PvPers I say: I'm sorry. You have a right to play your way.
This Mayhem I've accidentally killed two questers. Both of which responded by verbally abusing me. The first, we sorted it out. The second, just got uglier and uglier until I just ignored.
My ever-so-patient partner said: I think... you might have learned that not all questers are worthy of your protection. And they are right.
Will I still protect questers? Yes, I will. But the next one that lambastes me will simply get the following response: No crying in PvP.
And I have left this Mayhem with a greater understand of the complaints of PvPers that I didn't understand before.

"Deal damage to other players" is specific and clear, eliminating any chance of confusion. And if damage to another player in a duel also works (which has not been determined yet), then the reference to Cyrodiil, Imperial City, and Battlegrounds can be eliminated to make it even more accurate.
I don't have a problem with the way the endeavor is working, but I think the description should accurately explain how it works so no one gets confused about it.
I'll be logging into PCNA in a few hours to get Monday's and Tuesday's event tickets and reward coffers, so I may try duelling someone to see if the damage counts.
