The first night was some of the best Cyrodiil play time in a long time. I took a break yesterday to do some trials and golden persuits. I do wish it were faction locked. I saw a lot of DC playing EP.
It did seem like the cheats were still at it in there. Somehow using werewolf abilities. At least it was less common without the set carries.
It definitely needs more work, I'd like cp enabled maybe. That was the biggest drawback. It was pretty impressive seeing hundreds of players at keeps and not having ping, major desyncs, or skill lag.

And here's how the last Greyhost campaign went:
Despite all the chest pounding and boasting in this thread from the Vengeance fans, it is on day two already a dead campaign. Everyone is seemingly just logging in on their ep toons to take everything, so much that while ep is over 4K points already, everyone else is under 1k. Thats pretty telling. And yes I know it resets early, even with the math incorporating this, this is really really bad, and in fact if it wasnt regularly resetting, the difference would be even greater.
This campaign is actually deader than Ravenwatch and Blackreach, impressive. And Zos decided to halt our very competitive, very active Greyhost pvp, for this. Pvers claim they want Vengeance yet not enough of them are saying this to make the campaign function, much less make it competitive.
Give it a rest Zos, and focus again on Greyhost. This is ridiculous.

I have never liked the frost side of warden, so if that becomes the main aesthetic, it's going to break the whole way I play the class. I think there are different options in all classes, and I value all of them. Even the ones I don't use or like. If they all start merging into one it's going to annoy a lot of players.
Mistake of youth. This relatively new game is constantly looking for a new mechanics nobody asked for.
P.S. Hope subclassing can be just wiped off in next updates; it would be the best outcome.

Any player with a gap closer can generally stay on on a streaking sorc for a little bit of time before resources run out, that is not unique to werewolf.
But in a pure foot race without the use of a gap closer requiring a target, no other build would come close to a max speed + streak build.
So when I think about that case, I think that there reasonably might be other cases where there would be justifiable similar treatment, and I think werewolf is such a case.
If ZOS has factored this into the sorc / stormcalling “power budget” and has conscious reasoning behind this then I accept it. But if not, then I’m just highlighting this balance difference.

I did not know what all that was going to entail. Suffice it to say - ESO has disappeared. It's an entirely separate game from what it was.
Three Factions, choose one, seems like based on Philosophy and not race this time. Main quests, side quests, boss fights, Competition (PvP ?) etc etc etc
I don't think there really is anything that actually is left that defines ESO anymore, IMHO
I really don't understand the anger that the group content quarter has group content? This time of year was always dungeons. I can understand the people that expected more dungeons and are disappointed it's Night Market instead. I don't understand the people that wanted solo content or questing. This quarter hasn't been solo content for like a decade.

Why should a werewolf be slower than this? We do not have all the utility that a streak using sorc or subclassed build has with a variety of self and cross heals and shields. We do not have any ranged attacks. We are purely melee. We should be able to close distance and create distance better than any other playable class.
