Hi All. Following the planned maintenance yesterday, an issue occurred that has resulted in additional downtime for our PC servers both yesterday and this afternoon/evening. During the planned maintenance, we performed an update to the login system and there was a configuration problem that resulted in some backend processes failing. Both times this issue cropped up, we've worked to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We recognize that the extra downtime has been frustrating, and we are fast tracking a potential fix with no downtime for tomorrow.

While we already preemptively added an extra day to the Whitestrakes Mayhem event because of the planned maintenance yesterday, we're now adding another additional day to the event to make up for the time PC players lost yesterday and today. Whitestrake's Mayhem will now end on August 7 on all platforms. We appreciate your patience. Thank you!

Vague statements are the bread and butter response from ZOS community managers unfortunately. I've resigned myself to the fact that we as customers will never get a transparent update and will never be provided with the reassurance these issues are being taken seriously.

I hate that dancing side to side personality (not sure what it's called) more than any. I find any constant movement around my character extremely annoying.
