For clarity and anyone wondering, the four day window is indeed only applicable if the agent is waiting on a response from you. Multiple messages will update the ticket, sending it to the back of the queue. If you have waited a long period of time and are worried that the ticket may have been closed, we are always happy to check on the status for you, just reach out to one of us.

In Dark Age of Camelot, each server actually had its own designated Game Master, who could also host fun shenanigans.
@ZOS_KaiSchober was the GM of my server, Stonehenge (GER), and one of his actions was, for example, to spawn a deserving PVP player from the Midgard faction into hostile zones, which isn't normally possible (like the starting zones in Cyrodiil).
In that sense, I wouldn't think it is a bad idea to host something similar in ESO.

There are a few Cow, Bull, Ox models in-game that could potentially be used for mounts.

Could totally be lore friendly, a kind of mount used by Alessia or Morihaus worshiper ("Alessia's blessed" or "Morihaus kin" mount)
There is even real exemple to help modeling them (there: water buffaloes used in Soure's military police in Brazil)
