Re: Crafting Surveys should be able to be done in one go!
They had something like this, it caused exploits so they won't do this again.
Do your surveys when you can, or trash them if they bother you. Soon you will be able stack thousands of these things, so get in the habit of harvesting.
This is a poor excuse. If it was exploited, then they should fix the exploit?

PC EU has always been more populous during EU prime time and empty otherwise, compared to NA which is more international and therefore always has activity going on.

In any case, my personal impression is that there won’t be nothing meaningful happening to PvP till Vengeance is concluded. Cyro is a hot mess rn but why bother with small changes that do not address the core concerns? Once ZOS gets all the results they need they will rework Cyro big time (hopefully), even if they decide to run 2 modes, the Cyro of nowadays must change if only to run smoothly.
For now, I would say brace yourself for more game breaking sets and systems introduced and left in PvP without adjustments plus all the combat bugs etc. It would be a relief to know how long Vengeance will take but I’m not sure even ZOS knows.
Vengeance is poop and if they rework Cyrodiil to that crap - i will leave this game, so no, thanks.

I've been following this thread with a certain amount of curiosity but it only struck me earlier that one of my survey gatherers might actually not know all the traits of all of the plants/mushrooms, so I checked.
She only knows four traits on four plants/mushrooms, three traits, two traits. one trait on some and no traits at all on eleven. She has 8/8 and all other passives except for snakeblood fully unlocked.
So I did a few surveys with her just out of interest, the first one I got only 4 from 5 nodes but the 6th node gave me 12. After that every survey gave me at least one or two 6 and 12's, one gave me only 6 and 12's.
My sample size was tiny in comparison to you guys but I can definitely say you do not need all traits unlocked to get 6 and 12's to drop.
I had never actually checked her knowledge before which tells me that I have always received 6 and 12's when gathering with her because I would certainly have stopped using her or maxed her knowledge if I had not!

Well Gregory, maybe if I could get any kind of clarity on why a game system is just not on and there is no info anywhere about it. I have played this game for the entire time its been on xbox and tot is one of the things that keep me interested, maybe I outta just say screw it and move on to another game.

I had two characters it saved completely. I only saved them in the first place because they were fully leveled up but they were unplayable, subclassing saved them and made them worthy of play rotation.

Its funny because Greyhost is following the same death pattern that the Lowbie u50 server and the Nocp server followed.
- New players are unable to solo play
- Mid players are unable to solo play, new players are unable to small man group
- The populations boiled down to only guild groups controlling the faction (GH now is just a zerg guild and 1 or 2 ball groups before pop locking)
- Then a guild leaves the game or faction or disbands.
- There is a power vacuum, that faction gets gated repeatedly over night
- Old solo players dont care to seige and wont help fix the map in the morning
- Mid tier players get run over without their group and leave after fighting the uphill battle to retake every day
- Inevitably it becomes a 2 faction map until the 2nd faction guild disbands
- Then its one faction with emp and all keep bonuses and stat boosts gating the other two factions daily each night.
When I ran my PCNA lowbie under lvl50 training guild in the 2015-2017 era we had to swap factions all the time to balance out the map. At some point we got sick having to Pvdoor every day to balance the map for new players to have fun. The second players got forced to their gate keeps, half the faction logs out. Cyrodil was never designed rule wise to help gated factions because they made the fatal flaw where they assumed it would always be pop locked campaigns of XXX vs XXX vs XXX players. However as it becomes XXX vs XX vs X players the trifaction balance method doesn't work.
It didnt help AD had the Aussie guild, love em to death, but they would flip the map 100% ad nightly. Then they translated to nocp and became the final straw for nocp which already had a large consistent ad pressence. Now they are in GH. The only saving grace is that greyhost poplock is soooo low that at least the trifaction balance is somewhat relevant. It will break down though as guilds or ball groups get bored fighting each other and no new players trying pvp fill the voids.
