The general rumblings I've seen from many guildmates nearing or approaching their ESO renewal is that they're simply not going to renew until they see confirmation that it's been fixed. And the rumbling is getting louder with each successive occurance.

Went in last night and found a 12-player group in about 2 seconds. Most Group Finder stuff fills in seconds. If you want to call that "dead" then we probably have differing definitions of the term.

I just got full groups again on PC/NA before work at 7 a.m. PST. They filled quickly.

I found boss farms fill really fast.

Since there are so many instances, using party finder to find a good instance is usually needed. Otherwise randomly running into people doing what you want is too much RNG based on your instance.

I also found it helpful if you are trying to Favor farm for the bank, to ask group members to share their dailies with you so you can get more favor done. Brazen, Argent, Skirmish, and doing an easy Race daily all in one day, along with the kill quest, can rack up quickly. It does require asking others but most groups are helpful if they have a daily to share.

Use group finder, that fixed it for me. The groups fill up super quickly.

Occasionally I run into some bigger groups. If I then go to another precinct, there's no one.

So if you run solo, and do not communicate in zone chat or look for groups in gf, it is unlikely you will come across with a bigger group. You would need to be in the correct precinct and at the correct boss at the correct time.

Let's say you are in London, and you want to come across with anyone of 35 specific people. They are somewhere in Whitechapel, Shadwell or Ratcliff, most of them most likely together. You pick one of those districts at random and go to some random street corner there. How likely are you going to see even one of those 35 people?

At the same time I was waiting alone at a brazen boss in a different district and saw no one so this game is dead because everyone doesn't automatically follow me to whichever precinct I choose to go solo.

Because they know how much the other factions favor us so they would want to favor us more.

While of course the market has issues, let's try to be real for a second. You can read countless posts from players saying they're having success using the group finder to get their stuff done. It's not as if these players are a cabal trying to deceive you.

I like that some people are not just grouping in general, but some are focused on specific things.
Now I can join for Argents or Skirmishes and not just a random group that has no goal (which BTW is fine if that's what the group is for)
