Seriously, what logic is it that hitting the ult button by accident reverts your form and leaves you with 0 ult? And if someone does want to revert form, then just wait the timer out or set it up so you can right-click the buff in the character menu so you don't accidentally do it during combat.
But I did come up with a really cool idea recently that they're not going to do but would be amazing: make the transformation work with Scribing. The Scripts I'd say would be
- Remove the Werewolf transformation and both its morphs, and refund the skill points
- Set it so that Werewolf Transformation functions as a Scribed skill, and then you can adapt as you want. Hircine gives you a basic setup with default Scripts installed, and then you can use a Scribing altar to modify it
- Give the transformation an ultimate as described above
I'd also make it so the base skill offers the same tooltip as the current unmorphed skill: Transform into a beast, fearing nearby enemies for 3 seconds. While transformed, your Max Stamina is increased by 30%. While slotted, your Stamina Recovery is increased by 15%.
- Focus Scripts define the damage type of your light and heavy attacks do. I'd prefer the color of the transformation to be unrelated to anything, but this would also fit to have phys = brown, frost = white, etc.
- Bleed Damage
- Disease Damage
- Frost Damage
- Magic Damage (also converts the other skills to mag cost)
- Physical Damage (default)
- Poison Damage
- Signature Scripts augment your transformation
- Assassin's Misery: all attacks apply Hemmorhaging and Sundered every X seconds
- Druid's Resurgence: heavy attacks restore X% more resources
- Gladiator's Tenacity: take 10% less damage
- Growing Impact: summon two direwolf pets
- Hunter's Snare: all attacks snare enemies by X% every X seconds
- Leeching Thirst: all attacks heal you for X% of damage done
- Lingering Torment: light attacks gain a bleed over time (default)
- Wayfarer's Mastery: light attacks apply Terrified to the enemy for X seconds
- Affix Scripts apply a permanent minor buff to you
- Berserk
- Brutality/Sorcery (default)
- Courage
- Empower
- Expedition
- Force
- Heroism
- Savagery/Prophecy
That... could also lead to something I'd really also like to see: new Grimoires for alternate transformations...
I'm imagining a werebear version that affects health instead of stam for the base skill, and then a wereboar to round it out for magicka. It could even be set up so each of those forms has a different ultimate but the other skills stay the same.
Can it now be legitimately assumed that Vengeance is more than just a performance test, or is it simply a really unconsidered choice of wording?
