It's just overland and Treasure Chests from maps, AFAIK. Other chests draw from different loot pools, so the Dragonguard Supply Chest or the boss chest at the end of Atoll of Immolation have different stuff and wouldn't drop a Hidden Bag from Mirri even though they are chests.
Mirri's Hidden Loot bags are not quality-dependent, just like Ember's wallets aren't affected by pickpocket passives like Cutpurse's Art. You either hit the chance to have one drop with the other contents or you don't and what's in the bag is its own loot pool (usually a small bit of extra gold).

So far we’ve only seen half the story. That said, I found the zone quests totally uninspiring. It all felt a bit recycled, when it should have felt like a warm return to old friends. The quest hubs around the zone were the worst rinse-and-repeat ever shoehorned into Tamriel.
The only “good” quest line was the one featuring Meridia’s temple - that was well done.
On a technical note, the constant “new player” references, explaining basic things to me over and over (do you know what the Planemeld was…..?), was/is jarring. I get it’s difficult to get code to reference your achievements, but why have them if they don’t play a part in your future adventures? Why have a prologue quest if characters instantly forget you helped form their gang and have to keep explaining what you did as if you weren’t there?
If this is how “Seasons” will go, they’re going to kill the game.

Yeah I was almost going to name this as Problem #3 in this comment – https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/8362641/#Comment_8362641 think it's been mentioned previously in this / other related threads too: There's no reliable way to get or farm maps. Even crates are technically more easily attained.
I've only gotten a few Solstice maps "naturally" (~ less than 5 since Solstice launch) via Azandar's folios and treasure chests in other zones. I don't think demand is the only thing driving maps' high prices either, I do think ZOS artificially lowers supply / drop rates when a zone is new. Compared to other zone maps that drop way more frequently.

[Housing] Please release a mirrored version of the Sunport staircase
I noticed this new staircase in the housing editor a few days ago and was so happy to see it! It's really pretty, and I am happy the "Sunport" style has made available some previously unavailable Alinor-style structures. This is just the sort of thing we need item-wise, I think: things that are virtually impossible to cobble together and that do not as of yet exist in any great variety.
That said, please please please release this as a mirrored version as well. The Colovian staircases being there with western and eastern landings is wonderful. Please make that the rule, not the exception!

Just to clarify.. I have no issues with the drop rate of mudcrab chiitin. I never step past a mudcrab without stopping to kill it for the chitin. But with more DLC zones not even having mudcrabs, the opportunities to loot the stuff has been severely diminished.
I miss the days when a stray AoE caught a singular mudcrab, and then a swarm of his angry cohorts would flock to his aid! The chitin was literally jumpin at you to pick up! =D

ALSO The sunport stairs end in a big slap or marble that cannot be paired with the new sunport floors to even construct a second floor. Unless you always have the end of the stairs face a wall to "mimic" the marble slap to continue.
The platform on top isn't an issue, as it can easily be covered with any floor I'd choose to be used for the upper level. But the marble slap having no counterpart as in a "thick" floor is an issue, I haven't found a solution to yet.
All very good points! I do wish both sets of stairs were in the game and that we got right and left versions for both. Surely this isn’t asking for too much, I would think it would be easier to do this then create a brand new asset.

Permanent Vengeance is the only thing that will save the PvP population. PC NA is down 50% YoY outside of Primetime
And to build off that side convo, yes, implying there's a one-way correlation like that while denying the possibility of the inverse being true is heavily fallacious
Mandated vengeance mode will be the death of ESO PvP, and probably the last major change ZOS makes before ESO is shut down all together.
The current PvP populations are low because ZOS' pop caps are unrealistically low at 60-80 players/faction.
ZOS could fix current live PvP if they put in the resources required to do it. If ZOS doesn't already know exactly what's causing the performance issues they're not the AAA studio we've all been told they are.
