I would say it’s the opposite. If ZOS doesn’t know yet what causes the performance issues, then more testing might help them figure it out.JustLovely wrote: »acastanza_ESO wrote: »They told us they were working through the rest of the skill lines and testing adding various features back in to see where the degradation is coming from. I don't see why people are confused by ZOS.... doing what they've told us they were going to do...
Because they keep asking us whether Vengeance is fun, whether we like the simplified skills, etc. I don't see no reason to ask whether players enjoy a setup that is supposed to focus exclusively on technical issues. If this is purely a performance testing setup, then it doesn't matter at all whether it is fun or not, since it will cease to exist once problems are solved.
That's very true. It will also be less maintenance and cheaper to balance without affecting PvE/PvErs, which is their main source of income.
Vengeance mode IS PvE.
It's a fact that per capita PvP players spend more on the game than any other subset of the ESO community. PvP is all of PvE plus Cyrodiil.
I can agree with “dumbed-down PvP”, but Vengeance is still about players fighting other players, so not exactly PvE domain.
Not sure about who spends more. Maybe it’s the housing and fashion enthusiasts who also push trials and such? Any data to support the “fact” claim?

You can get the ingredients that are required for daily writs in all zones except for mudcrab chitin, which is nonexistent in land-locked zones and can only be obtained in the coastal areas.
EDIT: the mudcrab chitin is not actually part of the potion, so it could be easily replaced by something more like the bugloss or alkhest for other writs. Also, I delete all of these writs on all toons because 700 gold for 3 mudcrab chitin is not even close to being fair
I think I sell each mudcrab chitin for 700-800 gold, not 3 for 700 lol. I would hate for them to change this economy, as farming mudcrab chitin to sell is one of the ways I make gold.
it still is testing.
participate in it if you want to help zos.
