For some reason everyone supporting Vengeance and equal stats is expected to prove he plays and succeeds in opposed GH/BR/RW with unequal stat as much as those liking it who will quit as soon as Vengeance becomes permanent even as option.
And even those who do are called pver, hypocritical or unloyal to PvP playerbase
I just wish some of the new dungeon DLC had a solo/story mode for those who don't like the group content. For me, the dungeon group stuff I've done in the past was not fun at all because of some players. So I don't do them anymore. If they are going to put out 4, can 2 of them have a story /solo mode on them.
It seems the forums are a minority in liking 4 dungeons a year.
Feast of Shadows just came out on Xbox and literally nobody is doing the new dungeons I was spamming Lfg in my 5 guilds and nothing. I eventually got a group in one of my guilds, but it felt like I was begging people to come along its strange behavior why do I have to beg in guilds to do new content on day one.
I even queued in the dungeon finder as a healer for Vet Naj-Caldeesh around 7PM PST just to see something and sat in queue for 15 minutes.I get it that ESO has to have 4 content updates a year to pay the bills, but I would rather have maybe 2 or 3 better updates
- Either ESO is dying on Xbox which seems like the most plausible explanation and probably not worth my time playing on console anymore.
- People aren't buying the content pass
something like
Q1: no release
Q2 1 dungeon, trial and huge area zone
Q3 No release
Q4: 1 dungeon, smaller zone area
Or have the new zone slowly rolled out thought the year so there is something to do, I guess. 4 dungeons a year is a waste of dev time if nobody is interacting or buying the content. I would rather that dev time go to bigger and better zones than dungeons 1% will ever step foot in.
I would like to see how many daily active players have Feast of Shadows Delver or Fallen Banners Delver.
This thread is a garbage take, you think no one is playing the dungeons? I am drowning in groups dor the new ones, its the highlights of the year, but lets play a game, we will now stop making content that no one plays.
You might not know this, but on xbox you can see how much % of playerbase have the achievements, lets look at them shall we?
0.08% have the achievemt for finishing gold road
0.05% have finished western soltice
0.07% have finished 16 quests in solstice
Lets do some older ones
0.15% have finished high isle
0.18% have finished elseweyr
0.29% have finished murkmire
0.41% have finished hews bane
0.21% have finished morrowind
And one more
5.85% have the achievement for getting a character to level 50
We can compare with some dungeons
0.11% have ER and LS completed on normal, 0.05% on vet
0.24% have OP and BV on normal, 0.09% on vet
0.32% have BS and SH on normal, 0.12% on vet
0.34% have ERE and GD on normal, 0.09% on vet
0.22% MHK and MoS on vet
0.20% BDV and Cauldron on vet
As you can see for some dungeons there are a higher completion rates than zones.
Barely anyone is finishing any zones
or questing they should for shure stop msking new ones, no one wants to play that boring crap, and barely 6% on people get to level 50. So this means they should just stop developing the game itself, why waste the time when 95% just drop the game completely?

It will interesting to see how it goes with no golden pursuit to draw the PvE mains though.
How do you suppose they fix the system they already have? You realize they will have to test regardless..... Which people will complain about regardless....... So what's the difference? I am atleast happy that we are getting more effort than them just disabling a system and then going nope didnt work, ok we give up. They already attempted strip tests from live several times with no results. It only makes sense to go from the other side of the problem and make a platform where you can add in systems one at a time to find issues.
Its no different than having 50 addons and an error. Either you get a clear crash message and can pinpoint a fix, or the message is unclear and you have to investigate. Maybe you can guess and disable the 1/50 addon that is causing the issue. Maybe you can't after a few attempts and decide it is better to disable all addons and slowly add them back in until the error pops up again.
The problem is that the way zos has been poorly communicating their intent is making PvP players avoid the test. People are essentially boycotting it hoping it sends the message that people dont like template pvp. They don't want pvp to boil down to just unmorphed skills which is all that vengeance is right now. Test wise it has to be like this, sets can't come back until a handful of other base game systems are rewritten and introduced. You cant have sets without stat changes, stat changes don't matter unless skills are based on stats, etc.
I disagree with the boycott concept because it is counterintuitive. We already know player dilution matters. A vet pvper will induce thousands of times more lag than a brand new player who sits on the walls light attacking from 80m away. So when you boycott all you do is allow more pugs into the server who exponentially show better server performance. At the end of the day your boycott made vengeance look better data wise from what zos sees.
Also as a pvper you are shooting yourself in the foot at rejecting the only serious involvement we got in a decade. So would you rather wait another decade while complaining? I just don't get it, ive been waiting since 2015 to get a fix. The same people complain about lag say something needs to be tested and fixed, but then they wont allow the test to happen? Make up your mind or at least dont be hypocritical, state that you enjoy the lag and don't want live pvp to change.
ZOS needs to limit heal and shield stacking to only one instance of each shield or heal at any given time. This is what we've been asking for going on 5 years or more now.
