Then you get the housing achievement, but no PvP achievements if you don't go and PvP.
I mean why would you want PvP achievements if you don't like PvP?
simply: if im interested in housing, im not interested in pvp.
if im interested in housing, as i said, im interested in getting the PVE achievements like dungeons or trials, get mats for housing, get furnishing plans and get gold
also: for housing you need eso-plus.
and: for the argonian house boat you need the Commemorative Master Angler

the master angler ive got a few, 8 years ago, the other zones are no problem, if you consider the time youre investing, but IC is a problem. cause i dont want to invest my time in resurrecting somewhere and go back to the fishing spot and resurrect somewhere and so on.
I agree with your take on doing non-fighting tasks in PvP zones. If the fights were one-on-one or if the fights were balanced, it would not be as serious. But groups get bonuses for being grouped /guild so one soul running alone trying to do non-PvP activities in those areas are subject to becoming kill-fodder for groups or over-powered attackers. There are dungeons, treasures, and quests inside the PvP zone that are not really PvP related.
