I honestly thought update 48 was incremental patch update yesterday.
Very small changes and almost a nothing burger. It would be really nice to give us a 20-piece scavenger hunt in Solstice for a new Mythic. Something fun and exciting! I will continue to play like I usually do because I enjoy the game and community but very underwhelmed by Update 48. QOL fixes are supposed to go hand and hand with newer content not basically be the actual update itself.

Request: Impenetrable Buff
Since this is a light combat change patch, could impen be increased back up to 200 or so, we have so many crit modifiers now instead of nerfing them you could just buff impen back maybe even add resilience cp to battle spirit so rallying cry doesn't feel like such a need to wear in cyro.

A world event (an ESO first) and a massive content drop. Yes, soooo disappointing.
Massive? We're getting the other half of the chapter we got months ago and still there's stuff missing compared to other years.

Soul Reapers. Because they took something that wasn't broke and broke it. I don't think I have seen a single compliment on them. Which isn't true of anything else on this list.

I wonder if the people who complain that the lack of combat changes these days shows that ZOS aren't listening are the same players who used to complain about the constant combat changes which resulted in ZOS listening and scaling back on the amount and frequency of combat changes?

Khajiit is loving how things are - subclassing is the best thing to be added to this game since beta - ESO has never been more Elder Scrolls than it is now.
And that chart does not take into account the fact that the game is routinely in the top ten played games via Epic launcher, which only started in 2022.

There’s a player slump for sure - but having worked in the gaming industry for the last two years, that’s pretty universal.
However, ZoS really needs to find its magic again. So far, this year’s Season Pass is NOT it. If this was my first year, I wouldn’t stick around.
