Like LunaFlora said, Akaviri isn’t a race. There’s multiple races on Akavir. Aside from the Akaviri Potentate crates, I don’t think we have any lore, so you’re free to headcanon wildly and decide for yourself. I’m not well versed in east asian culture so anything I say might be offensive… but my best guesses for the Tscaesci would be:
Horses, but a different species than Tamrielic horses
And/or
Something Kirin inspired, though it seems Kirins value peace which is not at all what Tscaesci are known for
And/or
Some kind of land drake, like a dragon but smaller and not a dragon.
There might be a better cultural option that I don’t know of because it’s not popularized in the West by pop culture.
The Kamal I presume would make like Maormer and just summon in frost atronach creatures.
Ka Po’ Tun same boat as the Tscaesci unless they are wayward Khajiit in which they’d also have Senche-Raht.
Tang Mo might not even have mounts or just horses.

Only if they are doing content out of order. For those doing content chronologically AP has it's place. Not everyone has a min/max mindset. Some people play an RPG for the RP.
What content are you even referring to? Crafted sets are designed to be content agnostic. It's why you can have any crafting station in your house/a guild house. They're meant to be sets accessible right from the get go by anyone.

Yea whenever I see anything that Brian Wheeler, Rich Lambert, or other developers post or say, I'm reminded that I should probably let ESO go for good. They just have such different design philosophies and visions for the game than what I'm wanting out of it.
We'll see how Vengeance goes, but it's probably time to completely move on unless there's a leadership shakeup.

I get the setup can get to overpowered, so people doesn't want to play the game.
But I don't really feel that we are close to that problem.
So many had a lot of fun with the subclass arcanist, and there has always been a favorite class in ESO (at least in the five years I have played). People really took the possibilities in subclassing and ran with them - a clear sign that this game has some very dedicated players.
That must count for something.

It was mentioned on the forums. We’ve been told they did it on reddit because reddit makes threads of conversation much easier to follow, which to be fair, is true.
