Just disable during duels and PvP zones. If you're PvPing then the challenge is the other players. There isn't any free roaming overland PvP outside of IC anyway. Disabling it during duels just saves players a click.

I agree. Almost every MMO has farming and it's considered a standard part of the genre. I really only say almost because I'm sure there's some game out there that doesn't have it. I can't think of any atm but it's a large genre.

It's pretty standard practice for MMO developers to incentivize that behavior with rare drops, materials, etc. This game is not different in that regard. There are rare drops, materials, leads, etc that can only be obtained by farming or buying from someone who farmed. Developers do this so that the game world feels alive through the presence of other players and she that those players can interact with one another.

i like skins like Bright Throat, but i would rather the default argonian appearance not look like that.

I have no idea what's on veteran, but on normal I found Black Gem Foundry much easier than Naj Caldeesh. I read up on the mechanics on the last boss in Black Gem Foundry, but I could not follow them in practice (I could not figure out where I need to watch for colors). I honestly tried to figure out while fighting, but I killed the boss before I could do it. I guess I will need to watch a video with some explanations.

So, if you are asking about normal, go for it.

Makes sense. In 4v4v4 most people queued for the pvp, so they kept at it despite the meager rewards. In two-teams players leave as soon as they get whatever shinies were used to lure them into situations like this:

if people need to turn an rpg game into a massive competition rather than massive multiplayer experience but cannot handle differences in the way people want to play then they need touch some grass and rethink thier lives
as for the 20 years ahead thing...i'll give eso 20 minutes each time i log in to keep me captivated, 20 years is just never going to happen
