I never post anything negative....been playing since beta.

This is soooooo disappointing to the point of embarrassment.

Phases 1 and 2 were a completely underwhelming grind. Finally get to phase 3 and we're all standing around with our hands in our pants.

I don't have any more words to describe my complete and utter disappointment....

Hopefully I get to finish this public dungeon/trial thing before the timer runs out.
Like others on PC EU I ran through an empty instance to find the Infernium stuck and no way to progress.

I'm going to pull on that particular thread. The BIG bugs that have been reported on Live recently did not need hundreds of thousands of players to spot them.

They were spotted on the PTS, reported, then reported again, then they made it to Live.

I want more engaging content. Writhing wall was not very engaging, despite having a good core idea.

Phase 3 completely bugged, tried abandoning quest and starting again but just keeps putting me in the same instance. Infernium stuck at its original place. Trying to get through the gate to the Harvester but there is no magical barrier and gate remains closed.

The OP completely lacks any nuance; you cannot post something so clueless and dismiss players’ legitimate concerns as “hater’s whining”, like all the issues with this event weren’t real. I also appreciate that the devs tried something new, but that doesn’t change the fact that overall this event was a mess on an epic scale. It took too long, it was too buggy and disruptive (invaded delves making it impossible to finish guild quests etc), and it didn’t even offer a meaningful reward; getting access to a content players paid for isn’t a reward.

Players are right to complain about it, hopefully ZOS will live up to their statement that this was an unique, once in a lifetime event, and we won’t be seeing anything like that ever again (locking the content behind a month long repetitive grind with poor rewards is a bad design imo).

If you continue to mock player complaints, that's not the right path.
Players need to be listened to, cared for, and feel that you're working for their enjoyment, for their happiness.
Why such poor rewards, always? What do we play for... perhaps to eternally hope for a better RNG? No, we play to be happy right now, not maybe tomorrow or a month from now.
This kind of understanding, this closeness to the player base, is missing... it's a pity, really.

Last month, I bought a new laptop (due to the previous laptop not qualifying for Windows 11) and ESO worked fine on it initially. But about a week or two ago, the game started to freeze for about 3 minutes every time I press the "Login" button (doesn't matter if the password was correct, incorrect or if I've been disconnected from the network) and occasionally it can't seem to establish a successful connection with the server, forcing me to try again and wait through another freeze. Any potential help is appreciated.

I vote no on PC voice. My friends on console have shared all the experiences of it that I do not need to have personally.
